  1. Dallas is plastered with this crap. More reps then gens here
  2. I just thought I would share some pics of my TC franken I acquired from dcparks some time ago. I bought it as a bone stock TC and now it is this Also I bought a really awesome photo tent from amazon and wanted to try that out! Specs TC V6 16610 LV Swiss 2824 H4 TC LV dial Gen bezel ring Gen insert luminous Gen press on bezel Gen click spring Gen washer Gen crystal with LEC Gen crown Gen tube The crown and tube have not been installed but will be done this weekend but I doubt I will notice much difference
  3. That watch hasn't been out a year. Likely you won't see dials for awhile
  4. Has anyone done this said technique of pressing it out from behind and installing from the front? I would feel much better if someone gave me step by step what they did to ensure a smooth instsll
  5. There has to be a better way...so just pop it out from the back side and press it in from the front side? Will using a press crack the crystal? Seems like this way is highly risky
  6. I have a ceramic GMT master II and I also have a gen crystal I want to install, how do I do this? Whats the best method?
  7. Can we just enjoy the watch and realize they are replicas meant to be worn and enjoyed and not nit picked. I believe if flaws bother you that much it would be a wise choice to go get a gen or super super franken.
  8. Cape cod is not a tool for roughing up a watch. It will actually bring out your polish. It's a cloth designed to remove scratches and ad back a high polish look.
  9. It's just a dressed up ETA 2836-2 and an Asian one at that. Your paying for something you will never see.
  10. The blackbay v2 is one sick puppy otb
  11. Looks good but just my 2 cents I would take some scotch bright to the polish and smooth it out cause IMO it looks like it was freshly scratched. love the USED LV look tho. I have a TC LV and I do the same thing (minus scratches) I have an old beat up black ln insert that's faded and a NATO strap for camping or doing outdoors activities
  12. Please do let us know 1. How it turned out 2. Tutorial 3. Pics!!!!!
  13. Someone please post a how to for all of us no private tutorials just a public show how as we rep guys seemed to have bought out the eBay seller with all the gen bezel assemblies
  14. I would have to say OTB best is my LV TC 16610 and any mymanmatt made DJ as they are basically perfect
  15. Send that pic to toro bravo or send it to pure time I'm sure they can get it
  16. Do you have to remove the insert from the bezel ring to install? Is there another way?
  17. Somebody needs to post the solution to installing the gen assembly
  18. So has anyone successfully installed the gen assembly on a rep watch?
  19. Yup I've bought several reps from toro he is the man
  20. I'm gonna wait until some one successfully installs their bezel assembly so we can have the easy road to success so thank you for your hard work!
  21. Anyone know when they are to release the v4?
  22. I personally wouldn't put these parts on a BP only because these parts belong on the best of the best. Get you a noob v3 with correct case shape
