  1. Congrats, looks amazing!
  2. Nice to see you back, I was picturing you tucked away somewhere hard at work on some fantastic old watch project! The ones you have are phenomenal, I missed looking at them a lot. Your work on Patek's always inspired me to go that extra mile, I'm not even close to being at that level yet but im working on it
  3. You are correct.. That is a Dw v72 dial, not gen. See the distinctive shape of the 2
  4. Thank you Drop! It was being sold by a dealer, not in the best shape, the case is well worn and the dial plots have lost mostly all the tritium except for a trace layer but it's a correct double swiss 1mil serial 1963 watch with a very glossy dial. They're are very very few of these around, I've seen 3-4 on the net and that all. Yes just a little thanks Y and THANK YOU for your moral support along the way, I was really nervous to give up my red but it really was worth it.
  5. Just in, traded my red sub and a little cash for it, double swiss gilt!
  6. Sad news, he will be greatly missed My condolences to everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.
  7. Holy smokes, very nicely done!! Enjoy
  8. It's a lot better executed then the project x version. It makes the project x version look half done. I'm really digging it
  9. That's a killer shot dbane! Also can't stop drooling over your milsub jackflash, very cool!!
  10. Thanks! That was the idea, it's so hard to capture gilt well
  11. Ya, it's the only non tritium part. Thanks yours isn't too bad either!
  12. Finally got an earlier wrist shot then you Y!!! lol I win Kidding btw, was from 9 am or so, the watch stopped I don't know how you do it!
  13. Super pics, I like the seiko one the best, it has that je ne sais quoi
  14. The compression always bugged me so now I host my pics on Flickr or photobucket and use links to post em here, then I get to chose the size and quality I want to post
