  1. Hey guys, here's my PO chrono rep. It's a great-looking watch and feels nice on my wrist like the UPO.

The only complaints I have are that the lume is basically non-existent, and the date wheel is too deep. I maybe inclined to re-lume or perhaps even install the gen dial, but have no idea if the $ is worth it.

But, I'm greatly satisfied, and am enjoying this beauty!

  2. Thanks guys, I'm truly enjoying the watch...

I had the 41mm 300m chronometer (2220.80) authentic Seamaster back in the day, and I remember thinking that was the perfect size watch. But, I like the size of the 45.5mm watch on my 6.8" wrist, and it looks great.

I contemplated with purchasing the orange bezel, but I wanted something a little more classic for the meantime... maybe I'll venture in that territory soon though!

Looking forward to seeing everyone's new purchases

  3. Hey guys,

Here is a quick wrist shot...

My wrists aren't too big, but the 45.5mm looks like the right size and not too big at all. Overall I am very satisfied with the quality of this watch, and I never want to take it off!

If you have any other questions, just let me know.

Glad I joined the UPO rep family!

  4. Jkay,

Thanks for those observations. I would not have realized those older characteristics existed since I am rather new to this hobby. If the product arrives and appears different than the QC pics, that should allow me to return it for the product I ordered, correct? (I suppose it ultimately depends on the seller...)

Anyway, considering that these sellers all receive their products from the same warehouse/ manufacturer, would this mean that there is an abundance of supply of these older "UPO" models?

    Thanks!

  5. Update:

After reviewing previous QC pics from ReplicaMake, I have decided to confirm this order. Interestingly, the 45mm version had a lower pearl placement on the triangle on the bezel, whereas a majority of the 42mm QC pics displayed a more centered pearl placement.

I'll update this when I receive the product!

  6. as long as you purchase the "ultimate planet ocean" or UPO as we call it, all the dealers sell the same watch. it doesn't matter which forum dealer you buy from.

Thank you sir for that info... does it apply to the 42mm 5th gen as well? Or are those not as mass produced and accurate?
