Do you know if Rolli and FGD are making these dials. I've heard only rumours nothing definite ...
The search function is always useful!!

Read the description guys, Angus says the crown is temporary for display purposes only and the bezel markers are also just for display, it's just a prototype.

It was a guy called Rolex Paul from Thailand - wrongly assumed them to be the same - lol!!
-
I could be wrong but didn't Paul pass away last year?

Amen to that Rollie, looks as if 2014 will be a bumper year!!!

My dial arrived yesterday. I'm very lucky to know the manager of 9maiali here in Hong Kong and he has let me look at many Pre-A and Pre-V's under a loupe - all I can say is this dial is absolutely amazing and I can't wait to get it installed into a case.

Hey Irate, you'll infect RWG with all that vintage loveliness!!

The only rehaut 'modification' performed was polishing of the surface. No change at all in height/depth of rehaut or bezel.
Thanks for that, and funny because I ended up polishing mine before your reply and immediately noticed it. I'd been thinking how do I machine that? but now I don't have to!!!

Can I ask how the rehaut depth was changed to create that shallow bezel?

A word of caution for UK members, Customs do seize items from time to time. My brother recently had his EMS package seized and a follow up letter was sent to him telling him that the package had been sent to the trade mark owner for disposal. Puretime then sent a replacement package by DHL which came through fine. So a big thanks to Angus for sorting it out.
DSN's new pre-v case. Any good?

Just a note of caution - these cases are made with a rehaut for a 0.8mm thick dial so if you're planning to get the Rolli/FGD dial which are 1mm (as they should be) they will be a tight fit with the already incorrect crown stem position.
