Ii don't know if my brother dropped it or not but there are noo scratches on the outside to indicate it being dropped. It is a Swiss eta.

Wats up guys this is my first post on this forum. About 2 months ago I purchased a date just 2 from puretime and the watch yesterday completely fell apart, meaning the hands and the inside came apart.I live in new York and do not want to waste time sending it to china only to receive back the same trash. Is there any alternate route I can take to get the watch fixed and maybe upgraded to better parts to prevent this from happening again? Thanx alot from now
