just a lil update on my replica evh kramer guitar from the mother land china she's landed here at JFK & my grubby lil hands will be all over it tomorrow them ill post a lil review . oh & dhgate is kinda scam proof , it works like this , you buy an item & dhgate will hold the cash , then it notifies the seller that the $$ is in hand & the item may be shiiped . then when you receive the item then they will relase the $$ to the seller .. kinda like escrow or something like that .. ebay should work that way ..

negative , no geeeeetar yet due to the china holiday over today & it will ship out the 7th via ems it should be here by friday then i will play it & post some pix & a short review cant wait man ..

basswood" is a type of solid wood used in guitar bodies wich is a very good sounding wood . just keep away from plywood guitars ! . the bc rich platinum series warlocks are made of plywood , the american warlock are of solid wood ..

back in the 80's i bought a b.c. rich warlock & it sounded horrible , i even replaced the dam pick ups with semor duncans & when i took the guitar apart i found out that the dam body was plywood ! after that i never bought another plywood guitar .

oh yea ! i just hope its a solid body guitar then i can get a good sound out of it .. but if its plywood then im f*cked i would end up as wall art

id say if you have lots of $$$$$$$$ laying around doing nada , then buy gen PRS or anyother gen guitar , but if your like me , watching my budget then $300-$400 on a evh or prs rep guitar could be a good deal , & you can mod it for another 2-300 bucks
