simple if you have screws on your band than you need a 1mm screw driver . if you have pins than you need a cheap 5$ watch band pin remover to size it .. good luck .

dont know how acurate .. but heres some pix of my 1st pam ..

remove the old stem from the crown useing a needle nose player . install the new one the same way .. just use a lil glue to secure the stem to the crown . p.s. you 1st have to resize the new eta stem b4 you glue the crown to the stem .. cutting it down to size can be a lil tricky ..to big the watch stops to small might not catch all the gears . good luck .

before you start a project like that you must be 100% you dont use nothing smaller than a 1.2mm screw driver .. or else you sink the dam keyless works .. BAZZ had an excellent tutorial on how to get it back going to the right position ..

i know thats a professional watch maker with real rolex ! but i would not let that dude work on my reps ! he's very careless with those gen rolex the way he throws them around ! i think that guy is a shoe maker!
