  1. this is a fake website, perfect clones adress is http://www.1-pc8838.com . This rep is not worth that much, buy from a trusted dealer!
  2. Whilst I am not a DSSD expert and cannot say anything about the case construction itself, I was under the impression that there was no 1:1 DSSD rep, they all have flaws, especially the new Ultimate Superlumed which came out recently. As for the PVD, you should be fine, but the clasp and parts of the band will be really scratched, maybe a NATO strap is an option, the case should be fine, it rarely scratches. Maybe someone who recently bought a PVD/DLC rep watch could chime in on the long-term quality because I'm looking to buy a Pro Hunter Explorer soon and am curious about the coating as well. There is a debate going on about the quality of these Rolex Clone Movements, some say they are quite good, but without longterm experience with these movements, if you want to be on the safe side, choose the ETA. Another idea for the bracelet is the Black rubber strap with rolex clasp Andrew got a few days ago, it has a black clasp and would go nicely with the watch, you could switch between it and the SS band.
  3. Well if you want to mod it, the 45mm UPO is the better choice, if not the 42mm is just as accurate, and in my opinion sits better on the wrist.
  4. The new ROO reps really are getting scarily accurate. Just whished they would offer the same quality for the standart RO .
  5. I just can't stop laughing when I see the glass case back. :clap2: :clap2: A miracle this movement still works.
  6. Get one of these, I have the orange one. But stick with either the swiss ETA or the ETA clone, not the 21J. http://www.yourtrustytime.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=35_114&products_id=7063 http://www.yourtrustytime.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=35_114&products_id=7064 The accuracy is spot-on.
  7. I would not buy a rep Open Heart watches, they are spottable as a fake from 20feet away. That Rolex is utter fantasy. If you want a complication, buy a Tourbillon, they are pretty good. They go for around 500-800 Dollars.
  8. Great price, Great lume. I have just found these 21J movements to be hit and miss, but value for money is certainly great.
  9. I have never seen someone wear a Pam, gen or rep . Must be an American thing, they seem not so popular in Germany. I wouldn't even know where to find a PAM dealer.
  10. Ok I asked Andrew to readjust the movement, he said the watch was at his watchsmith. How long does that usually take, I haven't heard from Andrew in two days? Usually he does everything within hours .
  11. Nice watch, I have the non chrono DayDate. It gets little wrist time since I expanded my gen collection with reps, but it's a great toolwatch.
  12. Use trusted dealers, not some guy of craigslist if you don't want to regret your purchase. I'm sure Josh or Andrew have a similar watch, with the security of purchasing plus actual quality control!
  13. The rep makers tend to go towards high end brands, as most people buying reps could just afford gen Fortis watches. Plus, in my opinion, the Fortis designs are not original but ripped from more expensive Omega, Rolex and Tag Heuer watches. If you are already buying a rep you can just buy the original design which in gen is much more expensive than the Fortis.
  14. Wow the non Chrono one looks great, for under 100 bucks! I'll make sure to order one with my next purchase as a side order. Thanks for the tip
  15. Thanks, I just copied the model nos from Andrew and didn't check them. Thanks . I'll compare them and get back to Andrew.
  16. Thanks, that's what I wanted to do. They know they're not real, they are really liking this whole rep thing. It was more me being a rep perfectionist . I'm aware of the issues of the 386m rep, but in case my parents only seldomely wear the 114, it might end up with me some day . That's why I want to make sure there are no flaws.
  17. Hey guys, I just recieved the QC pics for the two PAMs my parents get as a christmas gift. I'm not a PAM expert so I'd appreciate any input. First the 386m: And secondly the Pam 114 The 386 looks ok to me, and the thing bothering me is the +19s of the 114. Is this normal for an automatic Pam or should I ask Andrew to readjust the watch? And are there any other flaws? Appreciate the help, will post a review before I give them to my parents.
  18. Saaaaaad Panda..... I was planning on getting this.... Any other 1:1s coming up soon??^^
  19. Hey guys, I have an issue with my PO. Sometimes when I unscrew the crown to set the time or partially wind the watch the crown gets stuck, I cannot pull it out and it kind of winds the watch and sets the time at the same time. Then i pull and fiddle with the crown, screw and unscrew it a few times and it works again. Is this a thing I should worry about, could it damage anything and how can it be fixed?
  20. Yeah that's a keeper They don't get much better than that mate
  21. They can't even make a 1:1 Moonwatch which is hand wound and unchanged for decades and you suggest this? Sorry mate, there is a long list of 1:1 reps which need to be made (Moonwatch, Daytonas and other Rolexes, a decent Patek or VC dresswatch etc) So get to the back of the cue
  22. Hmm the angles of the photos make it difficult to compare the pics. It looks fine though, the thing i would be most worried about is the quality of the black coating, and that cannot be displayed in pics. The scratch marks may actually be a good thing, as the scratches seem the same color as the rest. That indicates at least a decent quality coating. The hands are customized by pro hunter, so there are no real tells there, just compare them to gen pics, if they look ok you'll be fine. The last thing is the lume, if the shots on the product page are decent you're covered, if there is no lume shot request one. P.S. +1 sec is great accuracy!
  23. Yeah it looks like a quartz from the subdial spacing. Not sure how many guys will look at the watch though
  24. http://www.yourtrustytime.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=41_210 I'm sure you'll find one you like. Also check out other Trusted Dealers such as Angus, Mary or Josh.
