Funny thing is that most people when they see a real sub think it is fake. So tell me, how as a 23 year old do you pass off a sub as yours...? I will say that in the big scheem of things a gen sub is not an expensive watch, however you still need to pull off that you could afford it to begin with. I do agree that most people would never spot any of the flaws on the better reps.

Chris Cornell's is an awesome album and very few people know about it. As far as Snow Patrol is concerned I think the first album is better but the 2nd is very good as well.

I may have to send enzo over here. He and I have found a few gen panerai with sf240 movements that are base versions. They are rare but they exist. I will admit that most gen panerai with the sf240 do have the subseccond hand - but not all. That watch two posts above is a vinatge russian (note the nice winding gears) with davidsen plates.

The angelus engine of mine has a subseccond post however, I wanted a base - so I made a base!! BTW, there were gen base angelus panerai made I have photos some where. New photo of my baby...

Is your opinion based on having held one in your hands and or having serviced both of these movements? Or is you opinion bassed on nothing other then a feeling you have? I hold one in my hand (see photo) and to me if you consider when it was made it is a hell of a movment. Being that Panerai fully re-built these movements for the 203 I would say that they are probably damn fine movements. BTW - My SF2040 was working when it was purchased for roughly 250 euro - about one year ago.

I dont understand this statement - these are angelus movments. How can they be only in spirit when they are actual angelu's 204's? Kind of like mine....

It is roughly 16.8 lbs - light as hell.
