  1. Yes, WatchIV is a sister company to PA which they created after getting too much heat from selling replicas. Most of the brands are now listed on WatchIV instead.

It seems like they keep getting pressure from some brands; most of their Omegas have been removed. I updated the list to reflect this (down from 85 models to 16).  :g:

  2. most of the really cheap ones dont have working subdials.  Ebay and other sties that sell these tell you this up front in the description somewhere.  PA dose not seem to mention it at all.  They are decoration.  Thats fine but they should be up front about it.

It's true that their descriptions leave a lot to be desired. Remember that PA is not a dedicated watch seller, they sell thousands of items, from e-cigarettes to iPhone clones. I would recommend that you pretty much ignore their description and just go by their images.

However, if they are using images not depicting the replica that's pretty bad. I would avoid any item where the images don't appear to be taken in their own studio.

Also, some times they seem to switch out models for some upgraded or similar version. I once ordered a Timewalker replica, and while the watch I received was the same model I ordered, it wasn't exactly the same as the one in the images (the date wheel was different).

  3. I finished another update of the list and the total number of watches is now over 2000!  :clap2:

Priceangels hasn't added anything new for several months, but WatchIV has taken up the slack and added over 200 new models during the past weeks.

Most are ultra-cheap reps in the $50 range, but some look pretty neat, and there are several recent models (like the new black/blue Rolex GMT).

To make it easier to keep up with the new releases I have added a page with newly added products.

As a result of all the new items, the list of unidentified watches has been growing. So if you recognize something listed there, please let me know and I'll move it over to the correct brand.

A sampling of some of the more interesting new models: Omega Planet Ocean Skyfall, Rolex GMT Master II 2013, Panerai Regatta & TAG Heuer SpaceX

  4. Are priceangels okay to order from?

They are OK to order from. I've ordered plenty from them, not just watches.

Note that shipping, while free, is rather slow (usually 2-3 weeks). So if you need faster delivery you should opt for the extra EMS shipping option.

  5. Priceangels seems to have reverted back to their old prices, like they were before the December price increase.  :clap2:

I'm not sure if it's a temporary thing or not, so I'll wait a while until I update the prices in my list. You can use it to check the price reductions in the meantime. They are pretty substantial; the popular PA PAM for example, which was over $100 is now down to $72!

  6. I was wondering if someone could helpme, im trying to see the hidden items, and im loged in, but i can't see them, it's there any trick?

If you're logged in to your account at PA and can't access the hidden items you'll have to mail Priceangels and ask them to "fix" it for you.

Note that you can still buy hidden items by adding them to the cart via the link from the list.

  7. You really have 2 choices either get a Manual wind version and have a watch maker freeze the 6 which could be expensive and hard to do or go quartz

Doesn't all the quartz version also suffer from ticking seconds at the subdial at 6?

(I have a quartz Moonie myself and I'm interested in freezing the ticking seconds.)
