i imagine there probably isn't any differences between the leather and steel bracelets in terms of the watch face... the watchmaker probably just attaches a leather or steel bracelet to the watch depending upon your preference

one thing i noticed is that this replica says it has a cabochon ruby... i have a genuine cartier santos 100 and it has a sapphire that looks quite blue... its a small detail for sure but just thought i'd mention it.
