  1. Ideally you need the correct sized PAM caseback remover found on the bay or similar, failing that a rubber type of ball pushed tightly against the caseback and rotate the ball in an anti clockwise direction. Failing that a roll of ducktape rolled up into a ball pushed hard against the caseback and rotated with pressure being applied might do it.

You then need to remove the crown and stem, remove the movement and refit the hand.

Hope this helps, pm me if you need more.

    Regards

    AJ

Thanks so much AJ for the quick reply, I'll have a search for the case back remover first.

Gutted! It's been amazing for two years on my wrist every day I've just come home and looked down to find it fallen off!!

I will definitely PM you for extra coaching!

    Thanks again.

  2. So far so good with the Loctite lugs haven't moved with a full day of wearing. I'm resisting the temptation to start pulling the straps or testing the screws for secureness. If they come out It's back to the TD for plan b. Crown fits snug to the tube, no gap.

  3. 2 days after receiving PAM 380 lug screws were all loose, have been advised by the TD to use Loctite to secure them. I noticed the indents on lug bars were very shallow possibly causing the bars and screws to come loose. Have used the Loctite and will need to wait and see if it holds. Anyone know if this is normal recommendation and what should be next course of action if the bars come out again. I don't think the scews would come out again but th bars might slide past. Such a shame as the watch and strap are superb.

  4. That's good to know and made my mind up for me, I noticed from your pics you have a nice collection. I've emailed Andrew at Trusty to get some advice over the PP option. I just want to go for for it but have read some horror stories on here about customs and legal stuff!

  5. Hi to all, really glad to find this site it's become a bit of an obsession looking at reps. I've got my heart set on a piece I really like but just like to ask the more experienced members about the payment process. Would anyone recommend Paypal or just use Credit card? I'm so close to first order but just unsure of the security element. Many thanks.
