Ok.
This watch came from a longstanding member over on repgeek and it was stated as originally coming from DSN with swiss soprod.
i've taken the back off again to look at the markings and take shots with the rotor in different positions.
It certainly doesn't ( thankfully ) look like the cheap TT version but definitely the DSN version.
Markings here say :
S1
1ACV
Here they are more visible : 2892A2

And thanks mike for putting the thread up for me .. you're a star mate !!

It is a seagul movement
Just service a Perrelet Eve after sea bath and has the same movement with the same stamp by the balance wheel
Very good piece
Thanks for the clarification ........ pardon my ignorance is the power reserve a soprod module ?

Hey guys .... Thanks for all your help on this ... i bought it as a swiss a while ago so was selling it as swiss, obviously withdrawn for now, i will try to get some more mov't shots just in case but for now it looks like i'll take it as being not swiss.
TBH if it is a seagul i'm happier than if it's a clone eta as they are a decent reliable workhorse ..... this one ( whatever it is ) keeps really good time so it's not all bad

Thanks AJ ... Much appreciated

yep that is a sweet looking combo AJ congrats
I have the 27b and love the dial layout bit this one with the brown hobnail dial is just amazing.
I might shoot DSN a mail and see if he still offers the 57 after seeing this ...... also have a question re the strap : which colour is this. Think this strap will also look perfect on my gen 240 as it has similar colour combo.

Excellent! If I had a collection that size I would be late for work every day of the year deciding which one to wear!
lol i work from home, so my beauties are within easy reach - i probably average 4 changes a day - i'm not a well man !!

One of the more interesting and varied collections I've seen in awhile, very, very nice.

If you told me you were going to put a red strap on the FC i'd have said absolutely not ...... however seeing it, it looks absolutely spot on .. love it !!!
TBH i like it much better than the straps with the coloured accent stitching that folks put on their APs.
So to sum up :
