Isnt there usually a rolex mark on the underside of the dial? i removed the sticker but there is no mark? am i missing something, the back looks like it can screw off

Hi all i purchased a Submariner from Slix http://www.silix-pri...roducts_id=2173 I cant seem to change the time!! the [censored] like pops out and doesnt move the hands? broken? well annoyed just got it today!!
