I found someone locally who is selling this Panerai rep. Apparently it has an asian movement. How would you rate it in terms of accuracy? Also can anyone provide any more information about this watch? Thanks

I've been in contact with the seller and I might be purchasing this Speedmaster. I can't get any better pictures from the seller [i'm going to check it out in person tomorrow]. What model Speedmaster has 4 dials like the one in the attached picture? What should I look for regarding quality/accuracy? It's a swiss eta movement according to the seller. Here's the pic:
