  1. Well this project is still in stage 1. I am trying to find the appropriate Cortebert movement for it before I send it out for a full dial and lume vintage treatment. I've switched it up to a new strap as well. It's a vintage oxblood with some nice color depth and a mild pull-up to lighter red. The goldenrod stitching goes well with the gold hands but I had a hard time capturing them without glare on the crystal. A B&W version lume Fantasy blue lume shot Here's the new strap I made for it
  2. Looks great. I can't wait.
  3. Here's a picture of some of my carry items today. Ti homage watch on Buscadero nubuck. Enjoy. Hmm...I thought I posted this already but I don't see it so here goes again. If a mod removed it for some reason, my apologies, just let me know if there is a problem with the post.
  4. Get ahold of FGD, I think he may have some inventory that you will enjoy.
  5. Don't know. Tell us already.
  6. FGD buckle, or other?
  7. Cool pictures. The lume aging looks great. The movement says 440. What is it? The dial looks like it has a couple circle indentations in it? Am I seeing that correctly?
  8. If he was in on it, and planned to take insurance payment and resell, he wouldn't paste the serial number and info on the internet. Too easy to get caught if it turns up. He and his shop and watches are probably somewhat high profile and he was targeted. Sure it was insured, but it sucks to lose the watch, and obviously he cares less about the money than the watch.
  9. Can you get a better picture of the yellow writing? It looks almost photoshopped.
  10. Can you please email me the CAD file?
  11. Unless the movement is a sterile, full Swiss movement, it isn't worth any extra money, just go Asian clone. But if you get a sterile movement, definitely get Swiss. It should only be about $80 more at most.
  12. Here's the picture of his movement:
  13. Looks awesome. I love that finish. The Savage olive green looks more of a grey brown on my monitor but it looks awesome! Love it.
  14. Are you doing this work only for yourself or are you thinking about making these to sell or doing commissioned work?
  15. I'm glad you like it.
  16. I wish I could see what silver looks like, but you guys are probably right that it would blend in too much. The blue hands sounds cool but I don't know if it would work for me... I was about to try to build up a Cali dial watch but I think I scrapped the project.
  17. They are black right now.
  18. I have this watch as shown. I am thinking of changing hands to silver. What do you think of this?
  19. Make sure you are sitting down. $895 and 12-26 weeks for custom order. Then there is this company: "http://www.saddlebackleather.com/ $495 They make some crazy luggage:
  20. I was looking at this guy initially. Seems pretty similar to the Zeugma, but I would like to see more pics of the Zeugma one to compare http://waldenbags.com/
  21. Yeah that is very interesting. I would love to see the inside of it. I've been shopping around for a similar handmade bag.
  22. No I haven't. Do you have a link?
  23. Paul is a cool guy. He's working on a couple for me at the moment. http://forums.watchuseek.com/showthread.ph...195978#poststop
