  1. Ahh yes yes, sorry bout that Tribal, love your Tudor
  2. =REFERENCE Love the Tudor Tribal, you could post pics all day long, I'll never get sick of them.
  3. TTK, just making sure I'm good to go. I sent payment early last week and I'm in the Green on your spreadsheet but I'm the only one in Green without the "Paid" text on my line. I'm assuming all is ok and it is just a typo?

    PAM 183G

I know it's not the answer you're looking for but get what you want...both are great watches.
  5. Well if it wasn't 784 I was going to say 551!
  6. I'd love to have a GTG with that collection.
  7. Try Bertieng, he may have a source for MBW as he seems to have access to multiple MBW bracelets. I got mine from him.
  8. Not sure about the ar but that is a good looking watch.
  9. Bertieng had a MBW 93150 with GEN 580 endlinks for sale in the bracelet/strap section. Not sure if it's still available though. PM him. About a month ago, I bought a MBW 93150 with GEN 501B endlinks for my 16800 and it's the best thing I could have done. The end links fit my case as if it were gen. Check him out.
  10. Payment sent, PM'd you with the details! Green I am!
  11. This is not a wise 1st post...in so many ways.
  12. Great review! A daylight will definitely be my next purchase. Just curious, when you put the ETA inside the ASIA case, why didn't you swap the crowns too? The ETA crown was much better, IMO.
  13. Of the 20+ reps I've owned, all but 3 of them have been pre-owned. I find it's just easier.
  14. I'd be there if it were on Sunday...Saturdays are tuff for me but I'll do my best. If I can't be there, take lots of pics and drink lots of beer!
  15. Just got about 1/4 of the way through your thread but I must say right now this is one of the best modding threads I've seen on any rep board. Well done!!! This should be pinned without a doubt...your pics are always fantastic and in a modding thread they really shine. And thank you for your time as I know this took quite a bit of it to complete. Way to go my friend.
  16. I used to wear my Tissot Seastar on a rubber strap but since selling that, I am watchless at the gym which is fine. I suppose if I were to wear anything now, it'd be my PO on an aftermarket rubber strap...no bracelets for me.
  17. There was a topic about this very subject where The Zigmeister posted on earlier. I think it was something to do with the stem not lining up to the movement. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
  18. Here's a pic of my gen 16800 transitional dial for reference...
  19. Nice one Rob. I was having similar problems with one of my casebacks last week. At the point of frustration, I just tried to pry it off with a screwdriver and heard that magical click and it came loose and fully unscrewed. Casebacks can be tricky.
  20. Good stuff! Looks very nice. Let's see a real lume shot. though... Show off that genuine dial!
  21. No worries, perhaps if anyone could offer any advice, that'd be great. I just want to know if I need to manually help the crystal through the opening of the bezel insert before pressing it down? Once I start pressing with the crystal press, will the crystal just straighten out from the die and seat? I wish I had a beater to practice on but I've only got a few reps and they're all pretty nice so I just don't want to be one of those "tools" who f*cks up his watch. But what will be, will be, right?
