And I'm sure Grimlocktime will be happy to provide Sith Lord training

Good Lord man, I hope it's not contagious!
Don't worry, there's a cream for that.

My version on 6152 on custom Nero strap with silver Thumbelina Rolko buckle.

Any confirmation that this is what will be done? -

No the bronze black bay is 3 mm bigger they did a nice job.
Sounds good Mike I'll bring it along.
You're right, or actually close. 2mm difference. Heritage BB is 41mm, new bronze BB is 43mm. The Heritage BB wears much bigger than 41mm due to the case shape IMO.

And the gen Bronze BB is a new proprietary aluminum allow bronze that Tudor/Rolex developed that is supposed to patina much, much slower and even than other common bronze allows like CuSn8 found in other bronze models. The rep won't have this characteristic as I'm sure the allow used is whatever the cheapest one they factory could find.

Tudor does a good job. The size of their bronze model is the same as the SS model of Black Bay
-
That is amazing. Really admire the skill and craftsmanship
-
Very nice. Not everyone's cup of tea, but have to admire and appreciate the research and effort in putting this together.
Kudos.

Where can you find an OEM movement for the IWC 3717, sold by itself?
-
Cheaper alternative option for sure
-
Yet another watchsmith/modders gone rogue?
-
Too bad they're so small though at ~38mm size. Personally prefer the Tudor big block or similar that is larger.
-
The OEM Monte Carlo is the best option.

Rolli projects can produce a pretty good replica dial, 036 is a great example. This 000 project may not be as good in replication of the gen like the 036 was, but all these rep dial projects are still just replicas and will have some inherent flaws (regardless of the Swiss oem marketing attempts and pricing), just part of the rep game as these are replica dials.
I do find it interesting though to see a grumpy old German guy try and play the Asian replica game. Somewhat entertaining at times, although hard to watch at the same time.

It would be great if Rolli could take some side by side comparison pics of his 000 dial next to the gen one he has, seems the logical thing to do for this thread. Oh, but at the right distance of course.

Yea we get it Rolli and I also didn't appreciate your negative and quite frankly rude PM that I received from you all because I said 'If the price is right'...Get over yourself.
Wow. Sorry to read about your negative experience.
