Sapphire Crystal for a PAM090?

Hi guys,
New to this forum, and i recently purchased a not so good PAM 090 rep. The case seems to be good as well as the functionality of the watch. However the sapphire crystal has that large 'dome' shape to it, that really distorts the numbers from an angle and I hate that.
I would LIKE to replace the crystal, get the watch serviced and lumed.
I have emailed some of the approved dealers, and thus far, no such luck. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? I am located in FL if my locale helps anyone.
