That is the Pan-AM 6542. Very rare, only a few were made.

Gens of this model (solid gold with diamonds) usually go for arround 20 Gs. This is a deal of the century, but I advice you not to touch it witha 10 foot pole for that price.

I am not sure about that caseback, but most models i've seen, the waves parrallel to that seahorse should point up at the end .
