Yuki case is crap. For non lug holes 16610, you're better off just buying a TC to be honest. If you can find an old Sean case, that would be a great base too. For a lughole 16610, a ST3135 case is excellent. Movement rings are not hard to find for fitment.

To be conservative, I have always assumed that the insert I put in my 5513 was a MKIII. But based on a similar insert that is currently for sale on VRF (http://www.network54.com/Forum/207673/message/1403822194/FS-+MK+1+Ghost+Insert+Reduced+Price), I am now thinking that it's a MKI. The "40" on mine appears to be kissing to the naked eye. But under a loupe, I can see a sliver of a gap. That's what's thrown me off. However, all other elements seems to be consistent with a MKI. Can you confirm? By the way, my insert is naturally faded and still has a near mint tritium pearl.

I love my Fuji X100. Set it to manual mode, preset the focus and/or aperture and snap away. As long as my subjects are within a certain distance range (dependent on the aperture I set, not focus issues at all. So seriously. Ipcress does his so-called extensive evidence viewing (no real research) from video clips of projectiles, explosives and Van Allen belts yet does not bother to check out the basics of how a camera works?? Really IP? really? Shame on you. Or should i say, sh-sh-sh-shame on y-y-y-you.

This will be another useless piece of Rolex trivia. Out of curiosity today, I decided to take a closer look at exactly where the tips of the hands end on my gen no-date SubC. First lets's look at the minute hand. Intuitively, one would think that the tip of the minute hand might end where the minute markers end. That is NOT the case: There appears to be about a 0.5mm gap. Very odd I thought. So upon closer inspection, the minute hand seems to meet at the inside edges of the WG lume marker surrounds. Interesting: What about the seconds sweep? One might think it would be the same length as the minute hand. That is not the case. Inexplicably, the sweep tip ends in the DMZ zone inbetween the outer end of the WG markers and the tips of the minute hash marks. The hour hand is another mystery. The tip lands near the middle of the WG surround at the bottom of the 12 lume marker, yet on the inside edge of the surround on all other markers. This concludes today's episode of Useless Rolex Facts.
