i was out a few days ago with some friends, of which one usualy wears expensive watches. i wore my sub and he asked me to pass him the watch and looked and it and tells me "is it fake?" i said "guess!" he said "yes it is" i ask him what makes him think that, and he replplied "the link after the endlink needs to be stiff!" i was like "wtf?" and asked him to pass me HIS watch. he obviously did NOT want to pass it to me, since he just showed it and i was like "cummon dude, pass it!" and he did pass it over, but didnt feel good about it! his sub was like the worst i had seen. it was a newer model but had non-SEL endlinks, real crappy endlinks! the bezel looked like [censored], it was very hard to turn it, the priting on the dial was way off, it looked like silver printing, the holo on the back was the wrong one... typical example of a canal street rep! but i said nothing. i mean, hes got tons of money, he drives an audi tt and has a huge fancy house and all... and pretends his cheap knock off fake is genuine

for all those for whom it doesnt work: type in "about:config" and press enter (firefox) change the string "intl.accept_languages" to "en-us, en" (i changed it from "de-de, de, en-us, en" to that) and it will work just fine! all of a sudden you can buy all that nazi stuff

i really hate ebay! btw. its EBAY who blocks it out for german ip adresses. even if i use a proxy it doesnt work. it works with a VPN from findnot.com though, but i dont have access to it anymore! used that vpn to buy Mein kampf for history class a few years ago

is that watch assosiated with any guns or nazi stuff? because that kind of stuff usualy gets blocked in germany! i cant access the auction at all!

i dont really care how much the box set is, if i get it as a gift for here... i mean seriously, how does it look if i give her a watch without box? even a casio comes with box

hmm, some of the questions they asked seemed to be way to easy if you are allowed to use a calculator... but some seem impossible to solve without calculator! looks like i'll have to study very hard when i do my military service!

i am NOT taking the test at a high school! my high school days are LONG OVER! the thing is, i'm not going to study in germany. i wanna study somewhere else and that particular university does not accept my "Abitur" or diploma (in germany you just need a good GPA on your abitur to get accepted at a college). they said nothing about me taking SAT's and such... but they require foreign ppl to take the GMAT and they will only take the best, because the slots for students who dont reside in the country of the university are highly limited. and they obviously only want the best (its a very good university! not the best, but one of the best) and i can take the GMAT as many times as i want and can submit my best score (at least thats what they told me) btw. the university i'm talkin about is in St. Gallen, switzerland, if anyone knows anything about that school, let me know!

i was at a spa today with the girl and wore my PT LV Sub... and it was waterproof! even survived brine-water! i was impressed i know taking it into the brine was stupid, but i didnt know it was brine until i was in there... didnt spend much time in there anyways and went into regular water 10mins later! i'm still afraid to try if my pam's are waterproof... probably they arnt... i dont really trust anything besides screw down crowns... and watches without pushers!

i was gonna say... the rolex emblem on you dial looks a little bit fatter than simons... why didnt you get a genuine dial? is your bracelet genuine too?

have him write his ebay name and the time+date on a piece of paper (hand written) and the watch with caseback on top laying right next to it. then you know that he at least has a genuine article on his hand! if it takes him more than a day, dont take the watch, because he could lend a gen from someone! tell him that. hope that helps

i will be takin the GMAT next year or the year after and i want to know what kind of preparation i need. a high score is necessary for me to get accepted at the college i want to go to (they dont accept my "abitur" from germany or my high school diploma from the usa). what will i be studying? business&management so was it any hard? my GPA was pretty high, 4 something (high school was pretty damn easy for me... way easier than school in germany!) so what can i expect from the test? and what kind of questions are they going to ask me? i appreciate any help i can get on that topic!
