  1. Reason I ask is because the strap provided is short as hell.  Thank god my wrist is small otherwise it wont fit anything bigger than a 6 3/4 max, just to throw it out there for potential buyers.  I would say the crappy buckle that is flimzy and unsterdy is really the only tell on this guy.  Finding a replacement strap will most likely be hell.

  2. Just got some qc pics of two watches I'm getting my mom and lady...Not sure if the lighting is off or those really are defects where I marked.  Let me know if you guys see anything :good:post-49240-0-85809400-1381762656_thumb.jpost-49240-0-53298000-1381762657_thumb.jpost-49240-0-20796900-1381762658_thumb.jpost-49240-0-75178800-1381762658_thumb.j I do see a few spots on that black finish but that seems to be itpost-49240-0-27521100-1381762659_thumb.jpost-49240-0-97243800-1381762659_thumb.jpost-49240-0-64452900-1381762660_thumb.jpost-49240-0-64452900-1381762660_thumb.jpost-49240-0-29880200-1381762661_thumb.j

  3. Reporting does nothing on ebay from my previous experiences...I just hope the chump that buys this actually takes the time to get it verified!  Seller denied the item being fake and assured me he purchased it at Tourneau.  Hey someone elses headache.  Sadly the guy will just make a new ebay account next time and do it again.

  4. ^^^BWAHAHAHAH.

Pete you never seem to amaze me.

On the crossfit subject...I have heard its a great program.  I ussualy do Insanity but that sh!t kills your knees and lower back.   Results are amazing and worth it.  I am assuming the results would be similar w crossfit but would take longer.

  5. Its pretty light weight however being gold it weighs more than expected. It wears a bit small for me as I tend to enjoy the 40mm plus oversize watches. My wrist is only a 6.5". My father however has a 7" wrist and he is just the opposite...wont wear anything larger than his datejust.

The straps on these are not made very well imo however that may be due to them being only 14mm

  6. Thanks for clarifying what I was told.  I am no watch maker, but never understood why make so many versions with a screwed up slide rule.  How hard can it be to print the damn numbers closer to the edge. Sunken date and chrono spacing issues are understandible due to the movement, but painting numbers....really? Regardless, when someone reviews the remanufactured one due to arive, my order will be placed the same day)

  7. This is just crazy...I am not sure what the price difference will be.  I am no golf expert, and mostly just trot down to the driving range once in a while, but a pretty good set of clubs can be had around a thousand.  I would buy a set of used clubs well before i would buy replicas...  When it comes to sports you are buying things for functionality not looks, as opposed to buying a watch or clothes for example.  Just my 2 cents.  And to add, most things may be made in china or else where these days, but what differentiates the replicas you speak off and ones I may find at [censored]'s sporting goods or a golf store is that anything that enters the US and has to be sold to the general public must pass quality control
