I've been thinking of purchasing a replica rose gold or yellow gold watch. Would you advise it?
All my replica watches are in stainless steel, because i'm scared that if i buy an RG or YG it will
tarnish/lose the RG/YG color after a month or maybe less. Anyone here who's got a replica watch
in RG or YG? Any feed backs? Suggestions on making the RG/YG last longer?
Thank you!

yeah 7 years a member, and i still need to be sure. its because i'll be paying with hard earned money.

Who's the best and reputable seller of Vintage Rolex Replicas?
I want to purchase a vintage sub or vintage daytona.
Please do post non-scam sites or official sites of the seller.
Need help.
Thanks!

I also have the submariner story and daytona pdf. Also downloaded a 1680 Sub guide.
Anyone have the 100 Rolex Superlative in pdf?

Some people call it Rolex Yacht Master Prototype, Cosmograph Daytona, Yachtmaster Daytona, etc...
Has anyone ever replicated this? or at least replicated a replacement dial for the Daytona?
Any feedbacks, info is appreciated.
Thank you.

Id leave it alone. When you get straight it will be at the top of the date window, just as annoying.. Find a good crystal and install it.
I'm thinking of leaving it alone too. but everytime i look. the crown etching on the 6 of the crystal and the cyclops annoys me... haha
Maybe i'll get used to it, had it for 2months now though... hehehe

I think they're too large for my wrist... hehehe

I know this is an old topic, i was searching topics on reluming and where to get luminizing kits here in asia, when
I came across this topic.
About the weathering or getting that vintage look on the lume dots, something came to mind...
I'm in to scale models and painting miniatures. Check out the Citadel paints for Warhammer, they have paints
that give that washed/used/aged/vintage effect. They look like lume/luminizing tints actually, but they give that
weathered color.
Cheaper alternative that also came to mind... Use tea... Hot or Iced... It might work, used to do that on paper,
make it look medieval/old manuscript...

Yeah i've been reading reviews on Invicta watches, They look great (for me )
but they're not made very well. I didn't believe the reviews at first, so i had to learn
the hard way ha ha ha.
I just thought i'd post my Invicta 3300 Professional Automatic. Looks great, but had
problems with the clasp, that's why i replaced it, bezel and cyclops not centered, the
lume on the bezel fell off...
Good thing there's a shop here that sells only bracelets from leather with deployants
to nato and zulu straps. This shop is even cheaper than most sellers here in the Phil,
to think that these/this shop is in malls, not like online sellers here.
Anyway, back to my Invicta 3300, here's some pics:
i just read my post again, something didnt sound right when i said "not like online sellers here"
- here = meaning here in the Philippines, just want to make that clear, it may be interpreted as "here in the forums"
ha ha ha

Thanks PeteM, will do... i'm thinking on having a work place for modding/fixing reps
here at home. Aside from collecting war memorabilias, i enjoy this the most.
I like to study watches, start collecting reps, mod and fix them.

Im going to buy watch repair tools here... Is it that easy to do with simple watch

thanks...

Got this Sub ceramic bezel here in the Philippines. I know its ugly compared to what you guys have, but it has to start somewhere.
*I want to adjust the crystal since its not centered as seen in the pics, the cyclops and etched crown is not centered, at first i thought
it was only the cyclops, but then i realized that it was the whole crystal that needed to be twisted a little bit, should i adjust it or leave it?*
Thanks in advance guys, any feed backs, opinions and/or suggestions is very much welcome... Need those to learn.

Tim,
They sell reps in Shanghai. But they won't sell or at least show you, unless they trust and know you for a long time.
It applies to rep wallets, bags, shoes, etc... and rep watches. But the shops are there, all you have to do is find
someone they trust/know to make them sell/show you. But that some has to know you and trust you as well...

Hey fellow '07! Member Wengsy is from Philippines. Just received a very very nice strap from him last week. On my wrist as I write this.
Really? thats great news... i wonder where he gets his items... anyway, there are great reps here and cheap nato straps as well.
thanks!
