Can only second to use a non mechanical watch as tactical watch. Like casio, tissot t-touch, g-shock if you like them etc..what happended to the watches after your flight? They stopped working?

Probably the movement unfortunately the vintage pieces aren't that accurate compared to recent super reps. Nevertheless, they often take gen parts which allows you to gather better/gen parts steadily and improve the watch until it reaches satisfaction. Check yukiwatch and ingod44..both supply cases and especially ingod has some nice vintage dials. Good luck Ps. Go for the josh version with the better movement but don't pay topup for "swiss" since you will either get same asian clone, hybrid "swinese" or an old and wornout swiss movement which isn't better than a new clone by any means

That sounds like a good plan and gen insert and crystal can be found quite easily. Personall, I like the superclone movement used by tc. I would leave it as it is and go for a swiss eta when it breaks. Rather spend the money for crystal, insert and crown since tc movement is very reliable unsless you are very unlucky

I would have the whole movement serviced in case you really like the watch. All damaged parts are interchanged and the movement is ultrasonic cleaned and properly oiled and of course the date mechanism is fixed and realigned. Domi does this for 150Euro and in my eyes it's worth every penny. The watch will run solid afterwards and you don't have to bother about the date changing mechanism again.

Tc's kh dial is definitely awesome! The lume is exactly as good as compared to my gen 16610lv and also the printing and indices on the dial are second to none! Great info Mike

Spain Germany is 100% safe due to Schengen-Dublin Btw v1.5 is a good hbb rep but the v6 versions are better but even more expensive. It is a good watch to start with and in case you really like it just upgrade to a v6. And Toro is absolutely great

When I started the rep game I only wanted the 116610 ceramic rollie (btw a aluminium insert won't fit and is a huuuuuuge tell). But for me the 16610 is a pure classic and due to slimmee lugs more estetically in my eyes. Moreover, tc v6 with v5 bracelet and kh dial is a pure piece of quality! Add gen insert, gen crystal and crown and you have a perfect watch for around 1000euro. Further, all this mods you can do on your own since its pretty easy. I would go for a franken tc v6 and wait for the v4 since v3 is already a great otb rep and v4 must be better

How could I forget about that but noob crown is very good but on case you go that far it would be a bummer if you didn't use gen tune/crown..but for gen dwo yuki or gen movement is necessary, right? Tc dwo 4 should do the job

Gen crystal and insert is already awesome but gen dial and hands brings it to another level!
