1.8mm diameter 22mm long should do you.
I got some for my rubber strap (which are the same thickness as the ones in my bracelet) from www.watchbattery.co.uk
Can't see any of the 1.8mm bars on that site bigpops. I need some too.

Deltatahoe, my strap has popped out once or twice now.
Do you think it's cos the spring bars are to thin then?
-
interesting. does the strap flex away from the case if you squeeze it at the lugs (see picture below)?

It's OK wearing it. If I were to force it it might do, but I don't wanna do that in case it starts doing it on its own after that!

Pics here http://picasaweb.google.co.uk/toby.meres/U...POOnSilixRubber
Please excuse poor camerawork. I need to get a new flash unit and some lessons!

You may remember the original U. PO bars that came with the S.S. bracelet were to fat to go through the Silix rubber strap.
And the Silix supplied spring bars were to long to fit the U. PO.
So, I tried some 22mm x 1.5 mm bars from AWATCHOBSESSION on Ebay - perfect fit!
Thought I report back in case anyone else was having the same problems as me.
All I need now are some replacement bars for the original S.S. bracelet. Anyone know if those are 1.6 or 1.8 mm diamter? I am guessing 1.8 - but it's hard to tell with just a plastic ruler.

My Silix 22mm rubber strap arrived for my 45mm Ultimate PO.
Problem?
The spring bars they sent with it are to long to fit into my PO lugs.
But...
My original PO spring bars from the bracelet are too fat to fit through the channels in the rubber strap.
Anyone know where I can get a selection of different length and width springs bars for 22mm lugs?
Cheers.

Thanks guys. I think I saw 2824-2 etched on it if that helps. I dunno if that is any guarantee though.

If you made a clickable link or pasted the images here, people would comment. I'll save you the bother.
I didn't do that, as it seems to be a widely help belief lately that this is a bad idea as it draws attention to rep forums (i.e. people can see the referring site).

I was surpsised at the general lack of comment on these watches. I thought people here woulda been more opinionated on the subject.

Anyone know where I can pick up a few spares?
Thanks.

If it moved in towards the wrist, rather than outwards, I could see it minimising the effect of smashing your glass on something, as your skin and muscle would absorb some of the impact.
-
Sounds good. I suppose I'd better get tooled up. Can anyone suggest a spring bar removal tool that'll fit my PO Ultimate, so I can get the old bracelet off.
-
Take it to your local watch repairman. This bracelet is a B!TCH!
I don't wanna resize it. Just be able to swap straps at will.
-
It's my first serious rep, and I guess I ought to start learning how to do things on it myself.
Thanks.

Hmmmmm. When I wind my Ult PO anti-clockwise it clicks solidly and repeatedly. When I wind clockwise, I wouldn't say it spins freely - It has resistance and makes a kinda scraping noise. Whaddya reckon?
-
Won't it be charging when it shakes about in transit?

How about green http://www.alpha-watch.com/details.php?myid=202 ?

It was quite possibly one of these http://www.chronomaster.co.uk/B110_Tag4_c.JPG
Should this sweep or tick?
-
Saw someone wearing it today. Wondered if it was real or a rep. The second had a tick rather than a smooth sweep. How is the sweep normally on Tags?
The 12 O'C position on the bezel had a textured and painted Tag logo. White dial, silver bezel, silver strap. Man's watch.
Thanks.

I neither believed it nor disbelieved it - I just kept an open mind. I mention it here in the hope that it might be discussed further.

And you believed it?
That's the sort of line used along with "Fakes fund Terrorism".

Just checking in for the first time in ages! Did anyone ever release a black rubber strap for this that didn't keep popping out of place from between the lugs like mine and lots of other people's did?
Thanks.
