I have heard mixed reviews about the noob v3 - some say it's awesome, some say disappointed - who knows, I guess for around $350 it really doesn't matter all that much. I have had nightmarish experiences with the noob glidelock simply not locking and not staying put - luckily I have used a TD who's awesome...but it's out of his control. I just don't want to keep dropping $$ for reps that last 6-12 months before they take a crap - eventually, I could buy two gens ya know......to me, at least, a $350 watch, whether a rep or not, is still a $350 watch and should last.
awesome watch and photos? can you PM me where to purchase? also, how's the glidelock? I've owned a few from "noob" that just would not stay closed....Thanks mate
when I get my next new sub or SD rep, I want to make sure it has a metal, not plastic, movement holder. some pics on the TD's sites show pictures of the movement, others don't...even if they do, I assume they're stock photos anyway - should I even worry about this and, if so, which rolex reps do, in fact, have metal holders....thanks all
yeah - I saw that - along with the numerous posts by people asking when available, how much, etc. - no answers. shouldn't be "hard" to contact a dealer and, if I heard correctly, the wait time is like 8-10 weeks....
Only thing is I am looking for a stock sub - Looks like most of TCs stuff has been modded to his "specs" - red hands, reverse date wheels - his name on the dial - pretty damn cool but not for me. looking over BK's "listings" on another site, it looks like the last post was a couple years ago...
On another forum, I read the BP SD is the absolute best, I should steer clear off the eta movements, as they all use refurbs, and that the DSSD is an awesome every day watch...not too thick. Can anyone with experience chime in please and offer advice? Many thanks
