  1. I too wish for the black SS Skyland. The polished look is a bit too much for me and scratches quite easily (which is something no one talks about and really bothers me when it comes to my collection; I just hate a watch with scratches unless it's vintage).
  2. Has anyone noticed he mentions his version is different from the others?
  3. Love the MM R. And can't wait to see the results of the last MM. Cheers!
  4. Thanks for working on such a great place. Really apreciate it. Cheers!
  5. What about the platinum plating? Could someone comment on that? Is it really platinum?
  6. Crazy price! Although I would love to see the comments of the first buyer: "AR Swiss Standard"? "10 Mils Platinum"? And how does it look on the wrist, since this is a quite big piece (48 mm). If the price is right.... I would definetly get one!
  7. This an instant must, a classic! Not only your choice of strap suits the piece very well, but the DSN dial has a much better colour. Cheers!
  8. Curiously, I have the same thought on my mind this week. I just hate to see that blue stain on my DSN Fiddy. It just disturbes the view of the beauty beneath. I'd be in too for a couple of PAMs. Cheers!
  9. Thanks everyone. I just LOL at the different perspectives (specially about reps, sooo true AMK000). I guess it's a good thing to wish well to someone, speacilly if you relate in someway (like being a fellow member) but I also agree with Doc S when we say something just for the heck of saying something (not like Klink in RWI, he seems like he's just saying blahblah but he really is giving a message in a bottle). Anyways, I'm just talking my head out with nothing important. Nevermind me. Cheers to all.
  10. I love to hang around watch related forums, but since english is not my first language, I always ask myself why everybody say "wear in good health" when they congratulate someone on their time piece.... Could anybody explain the term? Cheers and have a nice weekend!
  11. The piece that always makes me drool: Have a nice weekend!
  12. Go for it. You won't regret, just get your time organized and keep it! That's the only way to work + study and get graduated. I've got 6 months left to finish my master degree and having a full time job. Although I'm always exhausted and sleep on my spare time... I guess it will pay off. Cheers!
  13. Thanks for all the input Randy, keep it coming as you enjoy your watch. Since everyone mentioned the rubber strap, do you happen to have one for yours? It would be great if you could post some pics of your watch with rubber. Cheers!
  14. I second this inquire of the incognita. But nice watch! Enjoy it. Cheers.
  15. From those pics my guess it's a great watch. Richard, have you though of the possibility (if it's viable) to swap movements and make the MBW SA12? Cheers on your new watch!
  16. Very well put and excellent pics. Thanks for a great review of a great piece! Cheers!
  17. Looooong story for no pics! Lets' have 'em!
  18. Nice review on a great piece. Quick question: how would you compare the lume between the 2 versions? Your last pic shows a better lume than on my 06. Cheers!
  19. DSN Fiddys are a great catch. Can't go wrong with them (even with the minor lettering issue). Cheers!
  20. Ross, I still have the marrocan sunset that I ordered from Tootall for my 82 (when I used to have it) and let me tell you it's not only a great strap, but combines really well with the 82. Now I use that strap with my 192. Cheers!
  21. Great review. I saw a pic of this one when you posted it somewhere else, and thought to myself: "Hey, taka has a great looking 252 that looks better than the one I used to". A bit on a side note, do you think a complete handset from DSN (with the much better and smaller GMT hand) could be installed in this beauty? That plus an AR and complete lume job could make a killer PAM. Cheers Taka!
  22. Here's the fantasy PP I mentioned before, I just had to use it today after this thread Cheers!
