  1. here is the site I was talking about. http://www.watchreport.co

    it seems like a lot of people are showing actual pictures of watches received...but again it could be a lot of work just to make perfect watches look legit.

    I did some background check, they are all connected, same owner has over 10 replica watches and bag selling site and 3 blogs and 3 review sites.

  2. It was very suspicious that the blog you saw might belong to them, all of their backlinks are pointing to them. They also own various types of rep selling websites with similar layout. I m not sure if they are legit but they did a lot of works to rank 1st on Google.

    Some fun examples, Franken blancpain FF no radiation and tudor 7159. Both took over a year to complete, pretty much everything gen or customised made except cases. I m very proud with the end results and probably I ll never resell them.

  4. Ridges on the dial are smaller on the RHS one, and there's more of them. Writing is in a different place and smaller.

    Ain't just the hands. That's a special 1:1 canal street super rep :)

    The ridge is suppose to be smaller, but the thickness of the font is just too thin. It is such a shame. And the font is more of a tell than the ridge. :(
  5. This is a rep because:

    radiation signis off, plus there should be a cross on radiation sign;

    hands are wrong;

    bezel number shape is wrong (the shape of '3'); bezel is not raised, the texture is also wrong;

    'Aqua lung' should be raised from dial in sliver colour, this one is not;

    Lume looks very cheap and not aged;

    'SWISS MADE T<25MC' is wrong, Aqua Lung version should only have 'SWISS MADE'.

  6. If I had that collection of Mike Woods I'd be wondering "Why?". Unless he's done 90% of it as an investment, there seem to be easily 10+ of any particular watch (by which I mean the same model and combo of strap bezel, etc) If he has found & bought (e.g.) a watch that he loves, and then found and bought 9 more as an investment, I can understand that, but I don't understand someone having multiple identical items purely from a collectors point of view. Note that I don't think he's daft, odd, stupid or anything else, I just don't understand his reasoning for the collection (and anything I don't understand i'm always curious to try to see it from their point of view)
    If this guy bought enough identical + rare watches, he can manipulate the price on this particular watch and flick them one by one. My 2c
