I would suggest you start with a TC like others have said. I just received my 16610LV from TC and it feels more gen than my franken 16800.
Stock TC LV on right (he also makes a 16610ln which it sounds like you're after)
16800 with gen dial, bezel insert, crown

Wow, a $300 93150? In 2015??
Post pics when you get it!

Any luck finding some proper hands to fit the DG?

What movement did you use? We're the gen hands broached?

I've also been waiting on the QC pics for a couple of days. I figure they're busy with the pam preorder

Ive never heard of a solid 18k rep. Very, very cool.
Give it some wrist time, it deserves it!
More out of curiousity than anything, when were these produced?

Just listed on eBay... Thoughts? I'm not too well-versed in vintage Daytonas, but it looks like what is built on the forums.
Possible Phong/ DW parts?

Not my cup of tea. But hey, its your watch so do with it what you like!

Stunning. A white dial 16520 is on my eventual list

Wish I was in NYC. Good luck and have fun to those that are

Good points guys! Just a tip if you sell or buy a watch. When you send/receive the package you should film the process so if they say it's broken or whatsoever you can prove how you send/received the watch.
I make always a little video when i'm unpacking a watch or something else I ordered via internet
GREAT piece of advice here. I do this when buying member to member.

I don't know whether the sellers do or not, but I assume the answer is no due to the large fluctuation in value the BTC sees.

Awesome looking 1675! I need that flat caseback for mine.

Gorgeous dial Sacsah!! I can't speak to the ability to take gen parts (I believe they do) but TC subs are currently the most accurate. Have you had a look at those? Either way this will be a great build. Keep us updated!

Looks very nice...so what's the final verdict, is this a fantasy or just very rare in gen form?
-
Great looking watch, with the red second hand and no cyclops

Stunning collection! I'm going to be dreaming of that Safari!

If someone buys this under the impression that its gen, that's their fault!
But I would also like to know how to report these guys.

It's a beautiful watch but much too flashy

Did you PM nostalgia on ebay? Only the friction washer for 1675s has been listed for a while now.
