Mine faded very badly with the use of a dry microfiber lens cloth on a smudge. I have a replacement insert coming from Andrew and would like to put a clearcoat on the new one but do not know what the best product can be. I tried a matte enamel on the faded one to test and it desolved the the print so I wiped it clean. Any sugestions for the best product to top coat this bezel with?

I have the CrPO 45.5 for just a few weeks and the triangle faded when I wiped a smudge with a dry microfiber lens cloth. Bugged by that look I wipped to even out and basically easily wiped off the majority of the details. I ended up just removing the bezel and lifting the insert to wipe off every detail I could and get a matte black insert. I does not look too bad but not what this watch is suposed to be. Andrew is sending to me a new insert so I do not yet know if it is the same or not but I would sure like to find a more durable ceramic insert, this insert is for sure a nice ceramic but the printing on it is very unstable.
The Bezel actually is quite easy to remove, just be careful to insert your tool(knife) at the 1, 5 and 9 o'clock positions as the click stops are at the 3,7 and 11 positions. The insert is held in place with a stiff rubber glue and separates well with a fine knife from the inside edge.
I would like to at least put a protective matte clear coat on the new insert, has anyone had success with doing this?
Polyurethane, Lacquer or Enamel?

If anyone is still following this thread I have a bezel problem with this same watch. Mine is an H-Factory versions and everything about it fantastic but the bezel insert is just painted details that virtually wipe off. Does anyone know of a good ceramic bezel insert for this watch that will last?

Thank you for this treasure!
I am very new to this forum and the hobby and I am certain I will learn so much from all of the site's enthusiasts. I hope to be able to contribute to this community something of value myself someday.

Can anyone tell me what the construction of the bezel insert is on these NOOB LMPO's?
I understand that it is ceramic but what is the application of the details, is it all etched and back filled with a metal substrate and polished or is it just painted on like the failed UPO ceramics?
I love this watch but I want to be able to wear it.
Thank you
