  1. Thank you. Still wiating for my next date wheel to come from Hong Kong. Messed up yet another one. I'll seriously pay someone to do this for me. AHH
  2. VX9900 Backup Things you need: 1. BitPim (software) 2. USB Cable 3. USB Driver (comes with the cable) 1. Download and subscribe to the App you wish to hack to get for free (DO NOT RUN THE APP after download). 2. Connect the phone to your computer via a USB cable or Bluetooth. 3. Run Bitpim and open the Filesystem 4. Navigate to the Brew folder 5. Right-click Brew and select "Backup Entire Tree" (save as .zip file) 6. Disconnect the phone from your computer 7. Restart the phone 8. Go to the App on the phone and unsubscribe/remove the App. 9. Restart the phone. 10. Reconnect the phone to your computer via a USB cable or Bluetooth 11. Run Bitpim and open the Filesystem again 12. Navigate to Brew folder again 13. Right-click on Brew and select "Restore" 14. Find the .zip file on your computer and open it 15. Select all the folders within the zip file (A window will pop-up and make sure all the files have a check mark next to them) 16. Wait for all of the files to be written to the phone 17. Disconnect the phone from your computer. 18. Restart the phone and your unlimited App will be available for use! Copied and Pasted from HowardForums

  4. lol! i'm getting the parts backward. Yes yes, I'm trying to put cubic's datewheel on the metal wheel from the movement. That was what I've been trying to do. Sorry for the confusion. Thank you for pointing that out pug!

  6. I'm on my 3rd one! It's soo hard to put it on the date wheel without getting glue on it, without misaligning it, and withing bending it. Curse me and my fat fingers! This is driving me absolutely insane in my membrane! Any hints for putting that sucker one or better yet... Anyone willing to put it on for me? I'm going bonkers! Thanks for letting me vent! EDIT: i'm trying to get it on a 2824 for my 16233 project.

  11. Hi The Zigmeister, thanks! how do I remove the dial and how should I install the tiny sub dial hands? I noticed that the diameter of the bic pen ink tube is much wider than the tiny sub dial hands. THnanks!

  21. I'm inclined to build a franken ladies datejust and I want to know if gen parts would fit the reps? Gen parts like the gold bezel, dial, bracelets, crown and crown tubes. Thanks
