Dont mean to sound ignorant because I am not a watch builder... but isnt the solution to the sunken date wheel simply is to shim it up to the dial? Or is the crown shaft in the way?
Not so simple, all explained in this post on RWI

Pretty sure you would have had a letter by now, so no letter is good just be patient, forget it if you can and a nice surprise when it turns up

That's a long time to be in customs qwerty but you should have had a letter by now if they've seized it. Some good info on the other thread running here on UK Customs, see post from PeteM he knows what he's talking about. Good luck

I was clearly pms'ing as mine is here now, never trust tracking site
mine arriving today too after 7 days in customs, so patience as always. seizure still quite rare, but crap for the guys it happens too, feel for you.

Fingers crossed for you mate. My dealer is gonna reship the tag but asked for that to go hk mail just in case. Also ordered a sole box but that can go ems as doubt customs have even heard of sinn!
Cheers daryn, mine's moved out to National Hub today so fingers crossed they'll both arrive but think I'll use HK mail next time too. Hope it works for you this time.

Good news Big man
Sorry to hear about yours Darren...
Anyone reading should be aware that some dealers still guarantee the watch to arrive even if it's seized... Ie they will resend another when they see proof...
You should check if it's a concern with the dealer you plan on ordering from..... ( remember though any dealer can get any current model even if it's not on thier site etc)
I think some also guarantee if you use triangle shipping ... Which costs more... And it's a bit daft that with triangle it's come to UK anyway first ... But at least by doing it that way you can guarantee that you will get a watch
Informative as ever Pete, thanks mate. Got two in customs since late last Wednesday night so coming up on the 5 day rule, ex w/ends, sweaty palms time!
Glad you got yours bigdav and tough on you daryn, have a feeling I might be joining you soon.

very kind of you to let me know, thanks very much, my TD is struggling to get one

which dealer did you use and is this the standard version or ultimate version in 316F steel? Thanks

Hi, Looks great on your wrist and so much going on with this watch the sunken DW is hardly noticeable. Got one of these on order too, can't wait now, thanks for posting and wear in health!

Also got one on order from Angus and if the QCs are like this I will be ecstatic. Wear well and enjoy!

I agree with Indywatchguy, general consensus on the forums is to go with the Asian movement for all the reasons above. Have also just ordered the LMLE with Asian

Hi all,
fyi, I contacted a TD a few days ago and asked him "Do you know anything about a Navitimer ultimate release which is supposed to have sorted issues like the Datewheel? He replied "Yes. There will be a updated Navitimer soon in 5-6 months time. The Navi world GMT 1;1 version is also in the making and should be out also around that time frame."
Hope this helps and apologies if you already know this. Cheers!

Hi All, just wanted to say thanks to all contributors for the wealth of info on here. Was looking at reps before finding the forums and no doubt would have made a bad decision and probably got scammed. Special thanks to PeteM who was kind enough to share some of his experience with me last week. Just about to make first TD order, Omega PO LMLE 42mm, will let you know how it goes.

Nice watch Jester and enjoy, this is the older version with MOSCOW mis-spelt on the back. Newer version has this corrected and DW is less sunk. Good review of the new white one on RG in the Breit section.
