  1. little update of my troubles.

    I finally decided to have it fixed in EU; fxrAndy proposed to do it for me as puretime is not going to send me the crown like they said they'll do.

    I asked for a partial refund to Puretime and they only propose me a 5% discount on my next order. 

    Something is sure, i won't place any other order from them.

     

    Please chose your dealer wisely...

    We are sorry ,we have tried to get the parts ,sir .But still no result .The part of the watch were imported from other countries ,so it's hard for us to search for it ,the maker has no extra part now ,pls send the watch back ,the maker said that they will dismantle one from other watch and set it in your watch ,so pls send the watch back ,sir .Sorry for let you wait for too long time .

     

     

    So basically they can take the crown from another watch but can't send it to me.

    I feel like i'll never see it again...

  3. It´s 373 to 388 USD shipped to EU. Too pricey just for the looks if the quality often is bad and You are not sure what You get. Exactly my point, this is no issue when You spend something like 150 You have to accept it ok, You might even buy a 2nd but not for almost 400 usd (800 if it´s 2). Glad to find some other people thinking like me. because most say it´s reps what do you expect....

    Had to order the BB anyway, it just looks so good, lots of them had no issues, hope that mine will be fine and hope not to spend this amount on other simple Asian moves in the future.

     

    I really thought that for that price i'll get a nice working watch, perhaps i had no luck but for sure next time it will be a gen

I had the same reply with my (BB movement problem) i was not prepared to risk sending it back and requested a replacement movement this was refused as they can not send a spare movement, i replied and i got only silence i could have sent them the sick movement if they wanted , i was dissapointed and had to fix the movement to my expense the buyer (has to accept this) in the rep world and returning the watch will cost the buyer not to mention again the custom risks  but then again i have been down this road a few times now !

    I am lucky they sent me a new crown but i'll have to have it repaired at my own costs too.

    It's disturbing to receive a watch that brokes the first time tour try to use it, i'll consider that eventuality with a 20$ watch but we are talking about 350$ !!!

    Not sure it's worth it, perhaps i'll go with gen now...

  5. As i will be a dad i a few weeks i think i deserve a gen Rolex.

    I always looked at the 1675 "PEPSI" (without knowing its name or history before coming to that forum) and i would like to have some advices about this watch : http://www.orologeriabodoni.com/scheda.asp?id=34044

     

    With my noob eyes i saw some space between the case and the bracelet

    I don't know what to look at next. Is it safe to buy a Watch without having seen the movement?

    FYI the price is around 5K $

  6. Just to let you know :

     

    I understand but sending it back to china is too risky. It'll have to go through the customs 2 times.

    Please ask the manufacturer for a new crown as he will change it anyway and it would cost you less in shipping. I have been discussing this issue on RWG forum and it appears to be the simpliest way for both of us.
