Hi, I'm having issues as it appears that the server has blocked my broadband IP address (it's fine if I switch to 3G on my ipad). I'm just getting a message saying that access has been blocked and can't get onto the site. I've cleared cookies and data but it's made no difference. Any advice would be appreciated. Many thanks

You need to use some very fine point watch tweezers which can be picked up quite cheaply on eBay (looking at mine, size 5sa would probably do the trick). If you can get these in the crown tube and get a good grip on the stem, you should be able to press the release button and hay presto! If you look around on the boards or do a google search, I'm sure you can find stem removal instructions with blow by blow pictures. But as the sputim said, only do this if you feel confident.

If you can't see the "button" through the small slot, it sounds like the whole keyless works are severely mis-aligned. If the stem is also not catching and locking into place this also suggests something has come loose in there. If you don't fancy trying a re-set, I'd ask for a return.
