hmmm. could you please measure your strap and then the distance between the lugs ... something is off. if it's the case, it would be nice to advise the makers to fix this as well.

thank for the clarification micky! he must have a 22mm strap on there. fyi, i literally just got word from my dealer (king) that a v2 is in production now. the only change being the crown guard. expect to see it in one month!

awesome watch! besides the crown guard lever, there is an obvious gap between the bracelet and lugs on the bracelet version. after seeing prdubis picture below, i think the problem is with the case. it seems that his strap (which i assume is 24mm) doesn't fit either ... notice the gap on either side. my conclusion is that the case was made roughly 2mm too big. any thoughts? i just received my quality control pics from king and decided to wait until these problems are fixed. god damn we are picky.

thanks to the bollobandit and this post, i've just contacted my dealer. i've inquired about a swiss version ... does anyone know if that's in the works? thanks again for the review!

yes, it's true george ... in fact, we all do. my wife and i usually attend his annual parties. see below a picture that i took a few years back. i blew up the watch and inverted it to reveal a pam 190 ... as for the autograph, i'd rather not ask. part of the reason celebrities enjoy living in the bahamas is because people leave them alone. i'd just as soon keep my reputation with him and not ask for an autograph ... i hope you understand. what i can tell you is that he's a very cool guy and always takes a few minutes to talk to us when he sees us around. all the best.

check your e-mail setting as this happened to me a while back too. i must have mistakenly added rwg to my block list. once removed, everything was back to normal. i didn't find it much of a problem though because i sign in everyday ... just like you! lol.

this is a common misconception, but the gens actually taper from 24mm to 20mm. nice watch either way ... i might have to pull the trigger on this one!

yes. from the quality control pics, the minute hand etc. is orange, not red as it looks on his website. i'm looking forward to seeing the wristies next week even though i found the ploprof a little too big for me. it looks like the makers got this one right!

is it just me or does the miunte hand and seamaster font look too red? everything else looks amazing!
