welcome to the board aldis! please use the search button and spend some time reading. all of your questions have already been answered. good luck!
p.s. the pam 104 is a great choice.
and just a heads up ... i sent my skyland blacksteel for a full mod and chief ar, but The Zigmeister couldn't get the crystal out. therefor it returned with just the mods from The Zigmeister. the stock ar is excellent, but i've been spoiling myself with the chief ar's lately. having said that (curb your enthusiasm), i have heard of people that have had no issues removing their crystals. anyway, just my $0.02.
thanks for the tips jkay. although i'm not sure i'll get around to these mods anytime soon.
thanks for the kind words plaifender ... i'm quite happy with it!
thanks. maybe fully modded was the wrong choice of words. it was sent to the zigmeister for a full service, lume and installation of a chief ar crystal. and yes, i know double ar is not accurate to the gen but all of my reps get he royal treatment. this is one of the latter swiss ultimate versions ... is there a more accurate insert etc. out there now?
it's a beauty! the only thing that made me sell mine was the fact that it was a $30,000 gen. i ended up stepping down to a $10,000 version with the rubberclad. lol. see below a few pics of my fully modded rg from king. fyi, it's a very accurate rep and i hate to admit it... but i miss mine. good luck!
the best way to find information about your eternamatic is to post some pics (in a separate post) and identify any markings on the dial, case, etc. someone here should be able to help you out! welcome to the board.
better late than never. lol. the only problem is that this watch is long gone from my collection. i never had a problem with the screws coming out and i hope the new owner didn't either. it seemed to me like they were snapped in and not screwed in. either way, i appreciate the reply buddy!
if you're in the mood for an automatic, my suggestion would be the ultimate 164 from king. see her site here as well as a quick and dirty picture of mine on oem gator. good luck!
