That's what I meant. Dial. When I pull the crown stem, the minute and second hand have a lot of play and move around and the dial moves a bit too. It clearly has moved about 30 degrees.

Any ideas what has happened here? Is this an easy fix? It seems that my insert has twisted drastically! I've never taken a watch apart before, but I'm not terribly afraid to. I was just hoping for some advice before I dig in.
