Good luck!

The gist is you remove the dress plate with 3 screws, then pop it off. Underneath are two very small screws both of which are probably loose. Once tightened they will secure the decoration to the movement. Then replace top dress plate.

Good thing you didn't return the watch to China. You'd likely spend $50 in return postage, spend six months without your watch, and finally receive it in worse condition than before.
I'm not a fan of sending back, but I sent reg. EMS back for $6? And Andrew returned a watch to me in 6 weeks free, repaired.

Well I would be wearing my 300 with Eric's strap today, but I found a CRPO in the mail instead. Not what I ordered at all lol!
Anyone see the gold version is on perfect clones now...

I was able to take apart the dress plate and secure the screws. Sorry I had forgotten about this thread.

Welcome to RWG, and I am assuming you are not a KSA native?
I've been to Riyadh and lunched by the Red Sea.. loved it though we needed to be careful about our behavior while in the KSA.
Yup expat. Eastern province is much more laid back than Riyadh from what I here. Would love to make it down south for some diving at some point....

Thanks I ordered from a TD here, and just bad luck I guess.Nightwatch that was your 1000 post--congrats.
To the OP: If you plan to stick around here, find yourself a good rep friendly watch smith--they are like gold in this hobby. I personally would not send back to China, just heard to many horror stories. Generally if I buy an OTB rep from a TD/Dealer, I assume I will need to have something fixed or tweaked, that way I am not disappointed when I have to send it off to get repaired. Although my last order both pieces arrived in excellent condition and running great but that has not been the norm.
I mailed the Rollie back, and had the DRSD fixed locally.
Still need to find right watchsmith to fix the loose dress plates on the PAM though...there is one guy I am looking for but he wasn't in shop last time. Maybe he could have worked on the 7750. Oh well.

Hi,
I purchased a Pam 564 8 Days from TrustyTime and the dress plates are loose. I have been told "please don't worry" but the watch rattles very loudly. It was suggested the movement screws were loose or missing, but this doesn't seem to be the case.
I might want to sell this watch, not sure yet.
Finding a local watchsmith has proven difficult in this part of the world, so I am curious if some Super Glue gel, one drop into one or of the dress plate holes would be ok.
Obviously, I would prefer a watchsmith to do the repair.

Hi folks, noob here. I picked up a handful of watches from a TD and my Daytona is the 3rd watch with a problem.
I was asked to try repair locally: one had loose movement in the back (screws not tight or not installed), bezel came right off a Sea-Dweller DRSD #1665 - Swiss ETA, and now my Daytona Ann. Ice Blue A-7750 has stopped working.
Any thoughts on the Daytona? I'm reading up but so far lost on what to do. It started up this morning, but 30 minutes later nothing at all.
I'm tempted to just mail all three back registered/insured.
