I ordered mine on the ninth, but I tried on a real one today and the endlinks do rotate

I went into the AD to try on the breitling bentley because I just bought one from El last week and wanted to see how big it is on my wrist. I don't see how not taking my 029 off and putting it in my pocket would protect are hobby. Retep you act like I walked in there and said "hey everybody check out my watch". Not everybody who works with watches does it out of love and I know for a fact this lady does it for a paycheck. I am talking about a high profile jewelry store in Montgomery County MD (to those of you who don't know this is the land of the rich).

When I took it of to try on the bentley she picked it up to put it on the padding and took a closer look at it and said she was not familiar with that particular model, only with what they had in the case which was a base radiomir, 111h, 112h and a 050. This lady was a sales person and not a watch afficionodo and I am sure she did not notice the flaws that are glaring to us, paneristi's and nobody else.

Wasting time and money fixing the recessed pin imo. Just handled a genuine 111h and it did not even cross my mind to look at the pin only the crown (which is not really that far off) and luminosity which is really bad

Just left my local AD and the sales lady complimented me on my lovely 029 after handling it. I am positive that she knew nothing, or at least next to nothing about the brand, but never the less it still felt nice. I also tried on the breitling betley and it does not look like a wall clock on the wrist ( I am 5'9 and 170 with a 7'' wrist) It actually looks smaller on my wrist than a 127 does. I checked out the 111h and it is scary how close my rep is.

I am 30 yr. old executive chef and I work in a small french bistro. I don't drive due to suspended driving privleges nor due I own a car, I live in a small two bedroom condo with my wife (who is a bartender) and my newborn son. I have a modest collection of three reps and a genuine rolex sub and people would never even think about questioning the authenticity of my timepeices because my parents are wealthy (have not worked in 20 years wealthy, 14000 sq. ft. house wealthy). And by the way I wear jeans, puma's or nike dunk's ,Ed Hardy hats and rocker t-shirts everyday of my life ( my cheapest jeans are diesel's).

Does anyone know if it would be possible to put a eta7753 in the new version bieng offered by El and River? Thank's in advance. Read the post about switching to a 7750, but cannot find one on the 7753.

Does the 063 or 029 gens come with AR coating finepics?

The first mod I am going to do is relume followed by the datewheel then the crown. What I want to know is if the 029 came with AR or notbecause I can't really tell from pictures of the gen.

Sql pl have the same 029 as you. Just got from Josh about a week ago ( last one he had) paid alot of $$$ but worth it. I was wondering if the original came with an AR coating or if that is another mod that I should consider?

That modded 177h is sick and it makes me want to throw money at you in hopes that it will grow wings and fly to Md.

The only people who have asked that qeustion are people who have seen me with a replica rolex on. They don't ask about the panerai's, they only say nice watch.

What are the major flaws on the 029 other than the crown and lume.Thank's in advance.

I have the EL version with the swan neck on TC croc with deployment and I absolutely love it. Enjoy your first of many.

I would love to see a Hublot big bang ,GP seahawk-II or even a swiss version of the brietling Betley.

I have always wanted the navitimer, but the dial issues have kept me away. As for the daytona's I see real ones everyday and have always been afraid of getting called out. If you have your heart set on one of those watches I would say a daytona with second's@9 and a full mod job from RBJ.
