SMP Bracelet Screws

Hi all,
I've been doing a lot of reading over the past few days and I'm looking into buying my first rep, an SMP from Joshua. However, I've heard that there are issues with resizing the screws on the bracelet and how it can be near impossible to do. I usually always have to resize my watch bracelets, having a 6.5" wrist. That being said, how much truth is there to these issues of being unable to resize the bracelet?
