I am torn between a Tag and a S/Avenger, i like black/gun metal watches and i want a clear back. I cant seem to find a SA that fits both. Any ideas?

I am about to buy my first tag from trusty time but i am a bit worried about the straps, are the leather ones good quality? or do i need to be looking for a rubber or metal strap? from the images the leather ones appear to be the only point where i can easily tell the difference between rep and gen.
