  2. You know I never recieved the watch - right? What are the QC pictures for then? Fun? And a month of lying and 1½ not answering - is that okay too?
  3. Messy it is.... But why say its refunded on the 3 rd and then after - what I believe to be a long time (and perhaps only beause of a mod) he finally come up with what I have been asking for all along - screen shots - that shows he has tried to refund on the 27 th!? Is that not lying? cheap or expensive watch - important or just minor serious because not comming around to it? Lying it is! Would I have recieved my refund if not for these threads and Mod. Mike? I dont know!.... Any way communication and service could have been better IMO. Not answering a customer for 1½ month?. Credit card delays certainly hasn´t helped either on the trust issue. 1 thread for help 1 when I found out the lie?! And the trust issue appeared is that wrong? If so - I didn´t know. But when everybody answers in both and a 3 rd about your case - Toro also in the end - You have to defend/answer yourself all these places don´t you? Nervermind. If the money is rightfully and finally comming my way justice is done - and I can live with a small lie. But lying it is IMO. Everybody are entitled to their own opinion - and ofcourse there has to be room for some bias - that is okay. I will continue my life buying the real stuff now (already done) and Toro will continue selling reps. The earth keeps turning - right? Keep happy and smiling. PS: If the QC pictures show a hole different date-window that the one adverticed - then you can cansell? Or cant you? Important for new customers I think to learn about the value of QC pictures... PSS: Why close the thread "OMG TOROBRAVO BS Quality Control" - thats and independent thread about and independent subject - and therefore nothing to do with me and my problems with Toro. It´s about quality right? Well there is a lot I dont understand Regards

I asked for them all along and You didn´t answer me at all? .... and on dec. 3 th. you wrote already refunded? When you actually first refunded on dec. 27 th.? Well better late than never.   7. Some development now finally. Toro has given us SOME look into his account - and it seems there might be a refund on the 27 th of december 2014 on its way! But before we let us carry away let me remind you of his answer to me: On dec. 2 Torro wrote to me: "Already refunded"! But this is simply not correct - and have not been able to contact him since?! And why all this fuzz first? Well - benefit of doubt - I will now wait for a week - contact my bank and hope for the best. Let us all breathe in the mean time Thanks to Mod. Mike

Mike - NOT answering me - the customer for more than 1½ month and NOT answering WHEN he alledgedly has refunded my money, and NOT willing to show the money deducted from his account, when I try to trace it through my bank - a trace that showed NO money - he just tell me to make a credit card chargeback .... THAT I think is hardly the behaviour of a gentleman or trusted dealer is it? Now after all this hagling - all of a sudden it seems he JUST discovered the money has NOT been refunded? Well surprice.... can you hold it against me I´m loosing faith/trust in this guy? Regards
  11. This has just arrived from Mike: Just in from Toreo "I find out what is wrong with his payment , because there had handing fees , he should received 187usd instead his original payment ." That kind of justifies it Kent - wouldn´t you say? Convinient when the heat turns up - an explanation arrives!? Before that I was just wrong and left on my own. Perhaps not cheat which was a bit rash - as I have explained above - but good service? Naa? And not even sure it means he will send me the $187? I dont know. My trust is fading....

Good call KB - looking forward to that - but I predict an answer somewhat like this: From toro\ "Just tell him , he can claim a chargeback from his credit card bank , then he will receive back his money soon . Because I checked my end the money already deducted from our account too ." And hope he this time puts in a print of his account with the date of the aleged refund....
  13. I just dont get it! Why not just give the refund - instead of leaving me to the difficulties of claiming a chargeback from my credit card bank!? to teach me a lesson: accept the bloody QC pictures - or you are on your own!?

  15. You can all read my thread. On dec. 3 thrd. he finally wrote - money already refunded - although they never found way to my account. From then on I first got in touch with him again through admin. Mike. All the time I tried to ask WHEN - as in which date he supposedly had refunded. To this day he has not answerred this. I can put up all the conversation between him, Mike and I? To be fair I closed my Mastercard somewhere in between because of a hole different story (some small amounts getting deducted after my son had bought some games to his Iphone) but my bank have assured me ANY transfer WHAT SO EVER will stil reach my account - but none have from him. I have offered a full insight to my account to prove this - and asked if Torro can give me a print of his - showing the money leaving his account - but that he has never really answerred. Mike has told - as Torro answerred - "he can just make a credit card claim". You deciede for yourself - is this helpfull behavior - and behavior worthy of a Trusted dealer? You tell me - I´m new here and just tried to use your experinces to avoid any problems - so I went with a "Trusted dealer". So far ONLY problems - and I tried to communicate with Torro first - then here - before an Administrator Mike. So do not fell I have jumped the gun!? It is okay to turn down because of QC is it not? The date window was not as seen on his adverticed pictures. Well $200 less on my account - and left to claim. Thanx for you "service" Torro

If you just take his watches - then perhaps no problems - I dont know!? But I tried to buy from him beause he was a trusted dealer here... is that okay then? Can he really continue to be at trusted dealer? I for one - regret trusting a trusted dealer - what are the QC pictures for then?
  18. Nothing more to do. Torro has not given any proff where you can actually see the money deducted from his account. He just does not give a flying f... Dont ever deal with this clown IMO
  19. Mike has been helpfull - now Torro is answering for the first time in 1½ month!. But he is slick - doesnt help you out. Your problem!. Claim the money has been refunded - but somehow avoid to back it up with copy of deducted amount from his account, and haven´t been able to get a date of the claimed refund, even though asking several times for it. Everytime returning the ball to me - so it is up to me and my problem. I have to conclude he is very slik and not at all helpfull - latest he just says I can claim a chargeback from my credit card bank. I think thats very late to make a claim - and just leaves me with another problem. Can I recommend dealing with him again? No. Should he still be a trusted dealer? I will leave that up to the moderaters. My opinion - He thinks its much more funny recieving money than refunding it. You make the math...
  20. Moderator looking in to it now. Keep you posted ;-) The date window on the QC pictures was not as shown on the pictures on the website - main reason for me canselling the order.... To that Torro wrote: "The watch have been changed production , all of them with wrong date window"...
  21. Last answer was 1½ month ago - where he wrote money HAS been refunded - but this is simply not true I have written a moderator now - and cannot recommend dealing with Toro anymore....
