You could use a 6946 stem + you buy a Stem Extension Tap 9 to Tap 12, perfect match and very cheap.

Beautifull PCG but you have to find a decent dial, One month ago Tuscanirose from VRF had one for sale for 800 dollar and it was a tropical gilt ( there where some awfull spots on the dial but it was genuine).

I have the perfect base to start A snowFAKE, I wanted to start the same project.
I have an aftermarket signed Tudor 9411 case, aftermarket tube, genuine rolex crown, genuine tritium dial.

There is no 6536 with an 8mm crown, but there is a difference between ref: 6536 and 6536/1. Case and rehaut if I remember it right.

Yukiwatch is a good find. Anyone bought from them? I am planning to do a 5513 too.

...I didn't even know that this model existed, and now I can't get it out of my head. It's so hideous, it's beautiful!
I sold mine 6 months ago to Alberto Isnardi, publisher of the book "The Master of Omega" for 3005 euro. It's a rare watch also known as "Mickey Mouse" and sold on the last Omega Antiquorum for 17.000 euro

I've used tea and coffee - had more success with coffee.
The oven trick is intriguing I'm going to give it a whirl. Marble, did you really put your dial and hand in the microwave, or an oven?
I just did it half an hour ago, the only thing is you have to use a combi microwave with grill function and only use the grill. Do not use a regular microwave.

Put some matte Varnish on the Dial.
Makes a nice old texture and the glossy is gone.
Ok will try that on monday but first i'll try the coffee mod, or the cigar mod......hmm must read more

Just did a test on a dial that I bought from BigCrown, put it in the microwave for 10 minutes and use the grill function! The indices will raise and get a nice patina.
I also did one hand and the metal gets a strange color to
Now I have to find a way to get rid of the glossy, so hairspray is a good solution?

Mhh... I love the UDT type 1
, finding a donor movement will be very hard. It uses the ESA 900.231 caliber, if you want a donor you got to look for some old Microma watches. -

You don't have to panic if your movement is broken, that type of watch uses the Miyota Y652 caliber and can be found in older pulsar's or citizen's on fleabay for 20 euro.These are mine:

Hello Guys,
Recently I buyed "Skools" franken Tudor 7928 and I wanted to make it more special.
So I buyed a Tudor 390 caliber wich is the right movement for the 7928 sub.
I dismanteld the watch and tried to testfit the movement, it was a no go. The caliber was to big for the case!
Buyed another rep case on the bay, a sub 9411 and crossed my fingers. It was tight but I took the dremel and now it fits perfect.
I'm just a little worried about the rotor, do you guys think it comes to far out of the case?

Can't find any decent pictures from the rotor on other watches. Also non of my casebacks wil fit when the movement is installed, the sub 7928 has a different caseback then the one I got. I found the right caseback on regular Tudors, but will they fit?
