Anothing to add to the list: 1) State customs policy & what will happen if the watch is confiscated/never delivered & an acceptible time frame (i.e. a month) for the watch to be considered "lost" 2) State whether or not a tracking number will be provided, and an acceptable time frame for that number to be provided (i.e. one week) 3) State whether or not the watch is in stock These things should be clearly stated in the sales thread for each watch or on each website listing. I think many dealers are clear about most of these points, but there are one or two that need to disclose these facts - if they were known upfront it would clear up a lot of issues.

With authentic ETAs becomming harder for dealers to comeby, I think we all saw this on the horizon...

If you use Apple's Safari browser EMS will never work, you have to stick it in firefox, etc.

I am curious to try the RSS in mail.app; I found the limited functionality of safari... lacking. Ended up using google reader since I can access it from every computer.... I gave up a long time ago; google has my life in it. I have no @#%#$# clue why steve jobs is going to yahoo for email; I would be much happier if they would let .Mac die, embrace google, and integrate everything with google. If they would beef up .Mac with decent storage I would buy it for that - the 30 GB rumor was too good to be true

Really? I think google reader changed my life when they came out with the new version... so much less time wasted for dabblers like myself. I'm sure you are still probably more up-to-date though

I would shell out in a second if it was "mirror" But I was under the impression the iphone software was not even complete yet? I don't see how they can copy something where all the lines of code are not written.... you can't copy software that doesn't exist. They also have 4 or 8 gigs of RAM in them? I just don't see how this can be done...

hypothetically, if someone were to charge $45 to blow dust off the dial of every watch they opened they could probably buy a villa really quick. Speaking hypothetically, that is. One could probably get good money from all sorts of hypothetically unsound business practices like hypothetically holding my watch for 2-3 months, hypothetically not returning calls or emails, and then hypothetically charging me $25 "processing fee" to get the watch and money back. Hypothetically speaking, that is. As for dealers, I have no problem with them running a successful business. I do hate that some of the prices have been rising and that will lead me to purchase less watches - but I am sure they understand the economics of that.
