  1. I think Stag's Leap is a lot of people's personal favorite! Wine Country vacations are the best. Wine and dine the ole Lady, get drunk, eat good food, great golf. Life is Good. Sounding like Klink now! Last trip out there we did Paso Roblos and Los Olivos regions. Don't remember much, but heard I had a great time. Loved the Dry Creek region of Sonoma. Healdsburg is a beautiful town. Did you do Napa on the weekend? We found Napa very crowded! Of course, we were there on a weekend.
  2. Watched the Video! You must be a real deep SOB! Hell, I like you already! Oh yea--HAL can thank God for IBM!
  3. Damn! Your Good! How did you get my picture? Also, how did you know that I was a Rolex man? That picture was taken right after my 20th class reunion at the Holiday Inn Lounge. Lots of nice ladies were impressed by my Presidential Rep and my rendition of Kung Fu fighting that night. I was voted biggest CHEESE that night. I real honor I still cherish! Oh well, got to go sell some Used Cars now.
  4. 20/20 in Orange Jubilee. Enough with that old stuff, MD is fresh, made like, last week! Seriously though, it's hard to beat a good hearty California Cabernet. Say, a 99 Reserve-Michel-Schlumberger, or if $60 is too cheap for your taste, then say an 01 Opus!!!!!!!
  5. That's what I'm talking about! HD Dyna Wide Glide, Ape Hangers and all! It's the only way to go.
  6. 41 here----I love it how these young still wet behind the ears 20 something punks state that they are 18 mentally. That really doesn't really carry any weight until you turn 40 something, then saying that you are 18 mentally really shows one's lack of maturity. The Frank the Tank Generation!
  7. Looking at my Sub LV from Josh seeing if it's time to go get in rush hour traffic yet! Great guy to deal with!
  8. The true beauty of having quality reps is that someone would really have to stare at your wrist for a while, and know what they are looking at to tell the difference. I think that someone who knows reps is a lot more likely to I.D. a rep, than anyone else. I have a real Rolex and many Reps, Sub LV, Omega P.O., etc. People just think if you can afford it, then it must be real. I never paid attention when I use to wear my real one all the time as to where someone's watch was a rep or not. I still wear my real Rolex of course, but I love my reps though, in fact, I love wearing them almost as much and would never tell anyone otherwise that they are reps. In fact, if some little wise ass rich punk ever was anal enough to notice or care that mine didn't look like his real one, I would just say "what makes you think that yours is real", people would then think that he was the one with the rep. The point is, they are Reps, get a quality one and just have fun with them, wear them proudly, and probably no one except the real experts you find on this site will ever know if they are real or not. I don't tell anyone, and just hope I don't cross paths with one of you experts. I could name a few that could probably sniff them out like a dog on a hot trail. Got to go. Need to watch Shady's avatar again before I go to bed.
  9. You are definately a Shady guy!!!!!!!!!!!
  10. That explains everthing!
  11. Girlfriends come and go, but a good watch is hard to find. Take it from a married guy, stay single!!! No matter what they say, once they get the ring, you'll have to hear "How many watches do you need, you've only got two arms?" Of course the right answer is "I can never have too many".
  12. Not to stir things up, but you've been awfully quite lately. Are you still alive? Have you had any positive buying experiences lately? Did you ever order anything from Josh, like I recommended? That would have to be a positive experience.
  13. It's late, I'm delirious!! Mostly babbling now. Must force myself to turn off computer and get sleep. I'm getting anal about Omega's right now, until tomorrow.
  14. IMHO not a better looking watch out there!
  15. Geeeeeeeeez! What did you do, leave the country? Venezuelan jungle with no Internet access?
  16. Hey SubFrog, if your gonna stay below Sea level, you better have that crown on your LV tight, the Weather Channel said last night that this year is going to be another bad one. I've decided to stay on high ground up the road in B.R.
  17. Hard to find one hotter than the Omega P.O.'s!!!!!
  18. Agreed on all! That's a lot of money! Keep everyone informed as to what transpires.
  19. Obviously, you are a man of history! Generalfeldmarschall August von Mackensen shown with his traditional fur Pelmutze of the Hussar Regiments and wearing his Grand Cross and Pour le Merite. Man do you have good taste! I wonder what kind of watch he had?
  20. With all of the Germans joining, are the French running away yet! Nothing better than sipping a cool Spaten in Munchen!
  21. I know this may sound repiticious, but "READ" and then "READ" some more! Then, when you feel comfortable, then, buy, buy like hell! Take it from me, I bought one of those $900.00 pieces of feces, and it broke in one month! Way better watches here and for a whole hell of a lot less! Good luck.
  22. I know how you feel! I made the same bad $900.00 mistake with "Best Swiss" last year. Man, my hole still burns a lot from that one. When I first found the "old" RWG site and started asking noob questions, I felt like a total dumbass, hell, some might argue I still am. No matter! Call it the learning curve. Just consider yourself lucky that you found this site when you did. WARNING! Buying your first Replica is a lot like smoking Crack, once you do it, your hooked! The best thing I can tell you is to read the threads, and read often! A lot of these guys have been around a long time and really know what they are talking about. Some like to "bust your balls", we've all been there. Also, you might want to give Josh a try. I got a Sub LV from him, and I love it. Good luck, and welcome aboard!
  23. Where is Col. Klink's noggin? I miss your avatar!
  24. Good work Bond! I too use to think that "Swiss Made" meant some little old man making watches in a shop in the Alps somewhere. I hope that everyone reads your "thread".
