Just purchased this IWC ANTOINE DE SAINT EXUPÉRY from a trusted dealer, and he stated that the warranty only applies to the movement...had it less that 1 month before this happened. Can anyone please help point me in the direction to who I can send this to for re-lumen, as well as to repair the other issues. The movement is working fine, along with the power reserve, just can't wear it out in public with these issues: The lumen at 6 o'clock popped out, and is now hanging out by the "2"...been that way since February 27th. Also, the 2 dots which are on each side of the triangle at 12 o'clock are not spaced evenly away from the triangle; the dot on the right is closer to the triangle than the dot on the left. (Photo attached) The date wheel is not centered correctly on the 10th, 21st, 25th, 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th, and 31st...all of those numbers are too far over to the right, and need to come left more to be centered. (Photo attached) There is also a very small line that comes down from the center of the date wheel cut out, and is visible on every date of the date wheel. For example, if you looked at the 1st on the date wheel, it would be directly above the number 1. I included another picture of the line in the date wheel, shown just above the "27." Hello everyone...I've really been enjoying learning about what an unbelievable hobby the rep watch world is and can be! After weeks of reading, searching, and enjoying this whole thing, I decided I was ready to place my first rep order with Intime, and have 3 on their way: Breitling Chronomat, Panerai PAM364 Luminor Submersible 2500, and IWC IW500422 Antoine De Saint Exupéry. It was not an easy pick...I bounced around from choice to choice, and narrowed it down from 20 to 10, then 10 to 5, and finally 5 to 3. There are 2 more I want badly, now I just have to figure out how to come up with the extra cash [emoji6] . Throughout this entire process, I have utilized my wife as far as getting her opinions on looks/styles, knowing me and what I like, as well as what I do for a living. She has very exquisite taste as well, and makes very good money, but finds difficulty in justifying $2500 for a Louis Vuitton Overnight Damier Graphite canvas tote, model N41004, and glad she does lol! I am trying to find out is if anyone is aware of an outlet for her to be able to indulge in her fantasy bags, purses, and totes, without having to break the bank, and get quality replicas, such as I am partaking in with my watch fetish?
