It's damn 10 days to wait. I totally understand how it feel. If you read Ebay community, there are a lot of complains on their service.

I'm asking myself everyday: What's is the best i can do?

This is the slimmest horn back i'd made. This is for a vintage rolex watch that keep accurate time for over 50 years. Don't forget to take a look at my very new custom stingray bracelet in violet. Any watch lover have to get it.

I also got scammer on Ebay. There are a lot of them out there. You can call Ebay if you want it faster. Don't forget to take photos of every single proof. That scammer will be eliminated.

Mind sharing the Ebay auction to see their terms of the listing. Most ebay listing are covered by Ebay. Just open a case about non-described item against them even if they don't accept return.

I just finished my project on Stingray bracelet/band/strap. They are available in many colors, sizes, styles.

They are the best choice for watch lover all over the world. Final products are all good and ready to combine.

I strongly believe this case will be resolved in buyer favor. Kudos for Toro.

Toro is active here. You may just need to send him a message. This hobby is all about patient.

My my personal feelings are that all TD's would question damage like that. They are here to make money and there are some unscrupulous buyers (not in this case though) who may damage a watch and try to return it saying the damage was already there. 

Any shop where you bought something new and then returned damaged would also question it. Remember our TD's maybe the other side of the world, in a different time zone and speak a different language. They are Trusted Dealers: trusted by us to resolve issues. Which I believe has been done here. 

I understand it 100%. Everyone would question like that but final decision should be on both favor. Thank you.

Very quick to reply, helpful, and cool when you need to change the watch model before shipping.

He provided me also some good help when i need some special parts !

 

So, if you're looking for a very good seller, he's the man, and you will be satisfied 99% of the time.

Here we have a very special situation, and even Toro is not used to treat such a problem.

So it follows an unsual problem which is hard to solve for the both parts.

But, this is my story, and there is no need to a aggravate the situation; this is my concern, and this will find a end even if its laborious.

I also got the same advise from my friend here in Vietnam who bought many rolex and PAM from Toro. He's a watchaholic and he's on rwi, not here. This seller is good but any issue can happen and both favor should be guaranteed. We're all doing for our favor but every buyer need to calm down. This hobby need much patient.

I'm just going to buy a PAM from this dealer. May i know if the case is resolved on both favor? I also hope the op got his desired watch.

I do love to sell my affodable straps in our forum but not now. In my country, new member try to sell stuff could be treated as a scammer. As i'm serious to join our forum so i'm not in hurry to sell anythings at all. 

Our factory located in District 12, Ho Chi Minh city. We also make high quality strap with 100% hand processing and high quality leather: hand made, hand cut, hand stitching...It mean we use high grade of leather and much care about strap.

I'm limitted by knowledge about watch straps on many watch brands/models such as Hublot, Catier, IWC, AP...etc That's main reason why i decide to join our forum friendly to learn about their details. 

Is it possible if i post something like Hublot Bigbang strap measurements? Will anyone respond to my post if i post it nicely? I'm not 100% sure but there is a chance. Glad to know our member will help.

I'm also a reasonable person when getting some help that i'm willing to give back something in return although people mostly help without need return. >>>My English is bad and this sentence sound noob. Sorry for that.

I'm just a little girl want to read about watches because I'm a full time laether handcrafter and i really want to know about watches. 

As i know there are many watches brand and each model has the unique design, i'm eager to read helpful information for my works.

I'm aware PAM 40mm got 22mm lug, PAM 44mm got 24mm lug and 47mm got 27mm lug. Rolex Day Just, Submariner, GMT master got 20mm lug...And more and more i can't list them all here. But i really want to read about other watch such as Hublot, Audemars Piguet, Catier...

By reading about watches, i become watchaholic. I do Love to see watches on wrist in every topic in PAM section, Rolex section, Breitling section...etc.

I also love to make stuff for myself such as wallet, hand bag, and watch strap as well.

My second hobby is travelling. I love to travel to many places, many countries i could. From Siemriep to Bangkok, from Malaysia to Singapore, from Ho Chi Minh to Ha Noi...I saw new things, new people each time.

So just want to say hi and introduce myself a little bit. Please be nice with me.
