Hey kevin, Here you go again another group buy. Before jumping on it i have a question. How does this compare to IWC Portuguese Chrono-Automatic in term of accuracy?

there was a post somewhere by Andrew (Trustytime.com) regarding to tt solid 14k gold. He indicated in the post that there was no such thing as 14k solid midlinks regardless of how you prove it. What to you guy think about it?

Got a TT sub with black dial from King about 2 weeks ago. it supposed to be solid 14k midlinks and crown and plated gold bezel. Without anything to test the gold i am very much took her words for it. the watch came with her newly adveritized new casing. The pearl on the bezel was off centered and waiting for King to send me the replacement one. We can put this issue to rest if someone can do the test and i don't mind sent him or her a link as the test case I am buying solid 14k for durability and for keep. I regreted that i sold my other TT gmt master II purchased from Richard Tracy a while back. So i intended to keep this one for good if it is true solid 14k. Otherwise i'll have to deal with King whether she intended or not. Because it is is not 14k then her price is more expensive than the other dealers and i think most of us buying from her because of her attractive pricing.

Yes the mid links and crown suppose to be solid 14k and bezel is in plated gold. I Contact King and did not like what she offered me. She told me she will send me a replacement bezel in my next order. The problem is i am out of fund right now and not going to order anymore for a while. If she did not send me replacement, this is going to be my last order from her.

Would someone care giving me the overall impression of the watch besides the bezel insert issue? How would you replace a bezel insert?

Thank you all for your inputs, i have just sent King an email and waiting for her to get back to me. I should have bought from razor (us seller) instead but he only had the blue dial offering. What do you think of the watch overall?
