Two topics for the same issue

I have some issues with a 3 weeks old gmt-master II with a a3186 movt inside. Movement runs but the second hand seems to get stuck at 55-56s, a wind a little shake or even a tick on the watch has it going again but it’s very unreliable for telling time.

I'd check around the forums to see if anyone is nearby or has a recommendation. Otherwise, pick a local Indy guy and just ask, the worst they can do is say "no".

The second hand is probably contacting the crystal at that spot, a pretty easy fix - go local for sure.

Recently got this new gmt-mster 2 from toro but the movement keeps stopping at 56s. It will easily get going again but it does not keep accurate time. I haven’t had it a full month. Do I send it back to china or are there some EU watchsmiths that can fix this?

What is the reason your going with the V7 and not the V8, is it because of the price or is there a fault on the V8?

A business partner owes me money and recently went to pawn his rose gold Daytona to pay me back. The pawn shop offering 17,250USD for the watch below with no box or papers.

For dive watches, I personally will stay away from chronos. Firstly, you will not be able to use the function underwater, and second, dive watches need to have clear uncluttered dials if you do depend on them.
Pick something with an A2824/A2836 movement, get it waterproofed and it will be a good swim companion.
Dive watches with chrono functions are gimmicky and are more for aesthetic dry-land appeal vs functionality in a wet environment.
 
 

Sure 904L steel is very nice, but I would really enjoy a working chrono that's thinner or some watches I can actually swim with. And in general some more reliable movements could definetely not hurt the rep game. What are everyone's opinions on this? Is it too much to ask to improve on the functionality off the watch? At 400$ dollar you can get an automatic diver from other brands that even designed the watches themselves.

I find it crazy that only 5% discount for crypto.  Surely the risk/chargeback benefit would be much greater.  At a minimum, it cost 5% to get into crypto from fiat in the USA. 

Since it uses a genuine Rolex 4130 and genuine dial, I would assume this copy works...

Like the look of it, but I would be annoyed by the faux function subdials. Or are these upgraded to working condition?

That's not too bad mate. Nothing you can do about it. 
No matter how you pay, the end cost will be similar. If you use credit card that's means you with get the 10% but will get a good rate noting visa and MasterCard offer slightly under spot. However your bank may also charge on top...so not worth it.
 
I have been using WU payment via the app and it's convenient. Plus I phycology I don't worry about paying the credit card....lololo...
 
This Christmas was very expensive... lol

Try and find Coupons for WU payment where the changes are waived. In Australia , they had a coupon which was free for first time users so I have been suing that multiple times and it seems to work.

Exchange to the USD is circa 100 bps under spot rate so not too bad.

Well I only recently started buying form him. So far have 4 watches from him. Nothing special offered from him as yet. Just the usual Christmas 15% off including Wu payment.

I am going to try Mary watches next. I hear her QC is awesome. This is one area I could use help . She infact tests the movement forb3 days prior to sending out the watch. Hope this is true and not bs.

The thing about Toro is he's super quick. All my emails always get answered. This is epic .
